The overall experience at the Freehold HD store has really improved. There are more employees to assist and I find them interested and helpful. I come to the store often.

As I previously mentioned in the survey, the area that needs improvement is the hardware dept. regarding selection and housekeeping of the items.

This is probably the smallest Home Depot store in the state. It maybe small and not have everything the larger stores have, but I can usually find what I need. It is convenient for me and I am there 2 - 3 times a week.

Nothing ever in stock or on the shelves and they treat you like you’re stealing at self check out

The Freehold store is amazing ! I been going there for 15 years. I just want to recognize Roy whose been there since the store opened. He went over and beyond to help me with an issue I had with an appliance. I had no luck in getting the manufacturer on the phone to help me with the problem. Roy called the manufacturer and was able to have them come out and fix it. Thank you Roy!!!

I shop at this store not just because I live close to it but because I always have no problem finding what I need and if I can't by chance, I never have a problem getting assistance from one of the employees. They are always friendly and helpful. During this virus situation I feel the policies put into place are working to keep the store safe for the customers and the employees.

Received a 10% off coupon for opening a new account and then Home Depot would not honor the coupon! Terrible customer service.

Diane at self check out is extremely rude

There are always employees nearby and volunteer to help me find what I am looking for in the store. The employees at this location are extremely valuable to me and I am grateful that Home Depot treats them well.

I asked an employee when I first came into the store where I could find boxes. She was very helpful in describing exactly where boxes where kept. The store was clean and shelves were full of product. Before I reached the area where the boxes are, another employee asked if I could be helped in anyway. Everyone is quite friendly.

The most unhelpful group of workers. Not 1 employees in the store offered to help assist me with a 65 lb metal shelving unit I purchased. The can all stand by and watch real well. As I left the store immediately a young gentleman by the name SCOTT did offer his help. Unfortunately he probably won't get the recognition he deserves from his store BUT I truly appreciate him...

Frank from the Outside Garden Center and Danny from The Pro Service Desk were the 2 employees who helped me that day when I was making a pick up. I've never been to this store, and from the experience I received from them. I will make that drive any time, even though it's an hour away. It was well worth the trip, as I never met some one as nice , helpful, and gracious to take the time to make sure I needed what I had to pick up. I hope they get rewarded for excellent customer service. I worked in retail for over 29 year, so I do know and understand . It's all about customer service and making sure the customer is happy and will come back. You can thank these 2 for excellent customer service and let them know how happy I was with them and that I will be coming back. I felt so comfortable with them, as they were very professional. I wish I could do more for them , than just a survey.. The store has 2 great employees that I was able to see for myself.
