Great Service at PRO

I purchased a circular saw and it was defective. You always encounter a brick wall about a return at other stores... but just the opposite here. I was in and out with an even exchange in less than 15 minutes. This is my Go-To store for projects and tools. They just really know their stuff at this store. It is always a great experience. They walk you around the store so there is less time waisted searching for what you want. And they know about the products and suggest options. I was going to buy a drill but ended up purchasing a package deal that included the drill, the charger, two batteries and a carrying case for LESS money. I was thrilled!! I have a long list of projects and will be returning to Frankfort on a regular basis. Thank you Frankfort!!

I was preparing to purchase a few perennials to add to my garden. I researched which plants I would add based on Frankfort soil conditions and personal preference. I found all of what I was looking for at this location, well-watered, and in great condition. Very reasonably priced as well. Compared to other large outlets for plants and garden materials in Frankfort, great prices and even better selection! So happy!!

I was there for the grand opening and have been going back ever since. What ever I need, it's there! Clean, well organized, but it is the people that actually make the store what it is. Knowledge of stock, friendly, advice when needed and willing to demonstrate new "stuff" for my garage, whether I need it or not! I am an Army Veteran and it is the only company that offers us a 10% discount on any purchase. The only place I go for home and garden supplies. Above 5 stars. Greg

I had great customer service from a great team at my local Frankfort Home Depot.

Excellent costumer service!! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff that take the time to explain everything and take time to help you. I felt very cared for and loved my experience. I didn't want to leave! i came in completely clueless and left and expert! I was informed and helped and my house is going to be beautiful thanks to the help from Billy in Lumber and Kim in Flooring!

Purchased a large picture window for my living room, entry door, and several other doors. The sales associate was patient and took time explaining to me every detail and options. The whole process took several weeks to complete, but I felt like I was given time and consideration at every step along the way. I will absolutely use this store for future projects.

The Future is Now for Service at Home Depot

As of today I will only shop at Home Depot in Frankfort Illinois. The employees are awesome and the store is always stocked and clean.

Great supply of appliances. We needed a new stove and Jill fixed us up with a Samsung at great price with everything we ere looking for in a new stove. I have always received wonderful service at this location. Jill is an example of the associates , their knowledge and desire to please the customer.

I needed 5/8" drywall sheets. The guys in the lumber department were nice enough to cut the sheets for me so I could fit it into my car and my house. They were very courteous as well. This meant a lot to me, Thanks you all,

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable.

Our whole experience at this store was wonderful. Each employee that we encountered as we walked through the store, greeted us and gave direct eye contact with that greeting. Mike and Bill in the appliance department were awesome. They listened to our needs, made suggestions, showed us several options to meet our needs and then explained how delivery works in a very helpful manner. Danielle was at the check-out and was outstanding. I hope that management realizes what a difference these employees make in the success of their store. Thank you to everyone at Frankfort Home Depot!
