Purchased a Rheem Powervent heater and requested same day installation. (Frankfort store) A day earlier, I purchased a Bradford White heater at the Home D store in Homer Glen, IL Spent about 45 minutes there. No Rheem heaters (75 gallon) appeared on the inventory screen. Was informed by DRG (spelling?) that a package deal could be had which included picking up heater, install and removing the old one. But, if I wanted a Rheem heater, I would have to buy it myself and have it delivered to my home. Their manager had some negative things to say about Rheem heaters. My old one worked fine for over 24 years. They could not make the install on a same day basis. The following Monday this was not possible either as Home Depot delivery contractor could not deliver until after 2:00 PM The installer company rep said on labor only, the pick up of old heater was not included. Price quoted $1075 plus 75 for a permit. Very frustrating, maddening.

Long story short. In the middle of the pro cashier scanning my order, she left and went and spoke to a co-worker that had just gotten off of work. I could hear most of their conversation, and it was not work related at all. After about a minute, I said, i hate to interrupt your conversation, but I need to get going. After about 20-30 seconds, the cashier decided to stop her conversation and finish scanning my merchandise. Unfortunately, she started scanning stuff a second time, and had to go back and fix everything. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH DISREGARD FOR A CUSTOMER! I will NEVER shop at the Frankfort store again!! I am a contractor and time is money.

I really enjoy this store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and you leave feeling like they were so happy that you came to their store! I have always found what I went there to get and sometimes for a better price. It’s a very clean and welcoming place!

Fast and friendly service

Very impolite return staff (Kathleen) It wasn't just her, there were 5 people in that area, no one seemed to want to help and when they did they were talking over me and conversing with each other rather than taking care of my return. When returning the item I was asked was there anything wrong and I replied no. After talking over me and to other people she asked again I said I had already told her there was nothing wrong and her response was she didn't here me, and she said it in a very terse way. I was disappointed in the way I was treated and was a little upset but I left it at that. Good luck

There are two employees at the Frankfort Home Depot that are my go-to guys when I'm working on a project. Mike in electrical and Mike in plumbing. Always friendly and willing to help walk me through any project that I'm working on. I have been able to successfully complete projects that I have never done before with their guidance and providing me with the correct items to buy. You don't find that level of knowledge and experience at other stores.

Store is clean and the workers are friendly. Manager of the store is always visible and outgoing. Keep up the great work!

Everyone at the store was helpful and had a professional attitude. The sales person Chris was helpful.and provided excellent customer service. I purchased a washer and dryer and was pleasantly surprised with the service. I was happy with my purchase and will.tell others about the items I purchased and the quality of service I received from Hone Depot.

Super Friendly and Very Knowledgeable Associates

Excellent customer service. I spoke to Rick, who was very patient and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and even gave us suggestions on things we could do. Would definitely go back to Home Depot in Frankfort for all my needs.

The store manager Matt always willing to bend over backwards so you have a pleasant experience. Robert is also amazing with his knowledge and proficiency. I had a problem with a new dishwasher and they resolved it quick and easy.

Everyone in the store was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Especially the cashier Lisa.
