Very Satisfied with the Store to Ensure everyone's safety

This store is clean and organized. More importantly, all my experiences with staff have been most pleasant and friendly. They take the time to listen to your needs, give good advice, and recommend the best alternative for the issue I am dealing with.

Great customer service. Would definitely recommend over other Home Depots.

CABINET PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!

Clean store, easy access. However, the customer service and employees here are a joke. They treat customers with callous disregard. Cavalierly talk amongst themselves, while customers look for items themselves. Associates seem to be disinterested in actually providing . . . wait for it . . . customer service.

Have been there many times and have walked out empty handed due to them not having items in stock that they have at their other locations.

3 employees walked by and not one offered to help. Cart boy was blocking exit with his friends and complaining about the store.

I was having difficulty locating a product. Michael was proactive, upbeat, brought my heavy product to cashier Angela, another smiling employee-both helped me get my purchase into my car. Their kindness and attention made my day!

This store has, or can get, just about everything you need to maintain a home, and then some.

Associates at the pro desk are top notch. They can help you with large or small jobs. I highly recommend them.

Great, clean & organized. They know what they're doing there. Veterans may not know this, but Home Depot honors Service Men & Women with close reserved parking that is marked & a Veterans discount.

Best Home Depot or gardening/hardware store in the area! Recently, my husband and I purchased a toilet seat and we were shocked at how difficult the instructions were. The installation was just as difficult. After realizing this wasn't the toilet seat for us, I returned it and asked for assistance. A manager came up and as I explained the problem and he looked at instructions and seat, he agreed that this shouldn't be rocket science. He returned my money and helped me find a replacement that was so easy to install. I walked in frustrated and looking for answers as to why it was so difficult, and he couldn't figure it out either. He assisted me in finding the perfect "easy install" seat. Even the customer service agent was so incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you! I will be back.

At least in most Isles there was a sales person to assist you, I have visited other stores you have to go up and down isles to find help. Delightful experience on this sunny day. Thank you

Super Friendly And Great Associates

Employees in lumber, plumbing, paint departments (I've not much experience with other departments) but from all my experience everyone there is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. As a somewhat novice fix it guy, I can always count on getting great advice on what I need and "how to". Everyone I've encountered there is eager to help.

Barb is the most friendliest knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with at that store she is a asset to the store and ypur customers
