Lena in the Paint Department is the best paint specialist we've ever dealt with and we will be back to work with her again.

everyone very polite and helpful , but Shane in Mill work was outstanding and a lady in paint dept short hair glasses so helpful.

The store had the parts I needed to repair the Kohler flush mechanism for the toilet. Plenty in stock and I did not have to purchase the entire mechanism. I was in and out quick and went home and made the necessary repair.

The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great shopping experience. The store is always clean, orderly and well stocked with the items I am looking for. The head cashiers Nancy,Linda and Julie always make my shopping experience enjoyable.

I am much more likely to give a business or a product a negative review and I always review negative comments as well as positive comments about an entity. When I do give a review, it truly reflects my experience whether it is positive or negative. In the last month or so I have shopped at Home Depot in several departments, most of which I had no experience and depended upon the employees for their experience. In each case, they were happy to answer my questions which gave me the confidence to start and complete my projects which ended up great. I usually shop later in the day and the store was always clean and shelves were stocked. If needed, I was directed or taken to the correct bay of the product I was looking for. The service I received was great and I will continue to shop there.

We had our kitchen design done at the Frankfort Home Depot. This is the first kitchen I have designed, and Runi Fleck made it simple and enjoyable! This could have been a very stressful process - but she handled everything! Even matching my cabinets 1:1 to another brand so I could catch the best sale when I was ready to order. She was patient, but also offered suggestions. I even changed my granite in the 11th hour - and she put me at ease. Wonderful design, great communication, stress-free process, and a gorgeous end result!

The most pleasant people, especially Wafa and all the cashiers.

Anticipate at least 1-2 hrs for anything you already know you want to buy and or return. Been back and forth multiple times buying and return what I was told I needed and every time it has been over an hr. Plus if anything has to be ordered it over a week sometimes 2 weeks with not option to rush delivery.

Once I located a Home Depot customer associate, they were very helpful. They found more of the product that I needed and placed it on the appropriate shelf.

We were happy to quickly find the refrigerator we needed to replace the one in our RV, with no hassles on delivering it to Terry RV where it would be installed.

Store is clean and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Everything nicely labeled and easy to find.

The attention that was given went over and beyond what I could have hoped for. Mitch in lumber helped me select the proper wood for my project and even cut it for me. He is awesome.
