Great help and service. Store has good lighting and clean.

The employees were very friendly and they actually we're available to answer my questions. They also knew what they were talking about. At most other places, it is difficult to find someone to help you, and when you do find them, they either don't know anything about construction, or make it up on the spot.

I did not receive the customer service that I should have. I will not return to this store again.

We were looking for new window blinds at that time with a sales rep help as up to a point that we got most of the blinds plus He suggested that our neighbor we brought with us was advised to come back the following day for the bigger blinds. The sales agent recommended an installer to even come to take measurements. Said agent was very friendly & helpful. Cleanliness and orderly in the store is very good and no doubt we could easily find what we needed for our home improvements of better quality.

The Folsom HomeDepot is the best. The one I prefer by far, and that's because of the store lay-out, and the sales people are the best I've seen for a long, long time.

We showed up on Black Friday expecting the worst but we received the best experience we could have hoped for, especially when making a big purchase. Sabrina and Kathie were extremely helpful and attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire visit. We were in and out in 30 minutes! Great customer service and very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for the great experience!

We saw an item online that we wanted to purchase instore. The website said there was 17 in stock. Several employees were very kind, persistently hunting for the item we requested. Two customer service reps tried to locate the item through the computer, and then two other associates diligently but unsuccessfully combed the floor of the store for the item. We had almost given up, when Kerwen, who worked the forklift in the back, asked if he could help. "No," I said, not wanting to waste any more employee's time. But he politely insisted I give him the SKU. "I have a way with SKUs," he said. Boy does he ever; he found what we were looking for quickly in the overhead boxes! If it weren't for Kerwen, we likely would have walked out and this review would have been very different. Pros: Great Customer service, employees who go above and beyond Cons: Store is not well stocked, computer doesn't always match what's on the floor, and your desired product might still be in those stacks of boxes in the back. If it is, then very few employees will be able to help you find it.

Our local Home Depot in Folsom has everything you might need for your home and they will help make suggestions to you. They are super helpful !!! Thank you Home Depot.

Efficient service is going above and beyond to provide service and keeping sincere intention to help. I say I received efficient service because I am mentioning this incident time and again in this survey and I am not hesitant to re-iterate it --- I am very impressed and appreciate the service provided by Jerry from Electrical Department, Folsom, CA, 95630. when I interrupted him for help, he went out of the way to help us in the wood cutting section and took care of the minute details we had described and expected. He even used hand saw to meet our expectations. He is incredible, honest, very helpful and nice human being. He is an asset to Home depot or wherever he chooses to work in future. RESPECT!! and I am taking this survey just so this effort gets recognized and exemplified. another visit..I got helped by someone in the landscape lights section. I wish I knew his name. that person was very gentle and helped us understand the lumens requirements of landscape lights. very patient person. Again! very impressed by the noble home depot staff. they made me feel very comfortable and every visit is worthwhile. When I have no idea about a specific project, I go talk to them, try to explain, they understand what I try to ask before i could explain it to them.

If you want great Customer Service go see Kathie at the Special Services desk. She is beyond kind, has a great attitude and is all about community not to mention how knowledgable she is.

Home Depot's Folsom store is a fairly large home improvement center. They usually have what I'm looking for in stock. Additionally, they have a Tool Rental Department for those projects that might require a specialty tool. The store is kept presentable and clean, and the Associates are friendly and helpful.

This store is always well stocked and the staff are helpful and friendly. It is quick to find what I need and checkout, as well as being in a convenient location with adequate parking.

The new customer service & returns center at the main entrance is a lot cleaner and streamlined! It's a lot easier now to enter the store without having to navigate around customers waiting in line for customer service and returns. Great job in redesigning that section of the store! And as usual, I have always found what I'm looking for at this store. Best of all, the associates at this store are very helpful and know the trades, and the products they sell. I'm always learning more and more everytime I go to this store. Great service, friendly staff, and great prices! Thank you Folsom Home Depot!

The Folsom store is an excellent place to shop for just about anything you need for a home project. I am frequently in the store as I'm pretty handy around the house and don't need to call to have things repaired to built. My supplies for my projects always come from Home Depot. The store is laid out so things are easy to find. The prices are well marked so you know what you will be paying before you get to the register. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable when you're not sure where to find something or are not sure about how to do something. You don't typically have to go looking for someone to help you either. Most times they are there asking you if you need help. I love the the store and recommend paying them a visit if you don't already shop there. You will find everything you want.

The Home Depot in Folsom CA was very helpful with loading and off loading my truck and are so helpful to people who have disabilities. You bought a item that you think everything is in the box but you get home and find some thing is missing you can call The Home Depot and bring the item back to the store and they exchange it for you so you can get back to work.

The staff I encountered were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the right product for my need and walked me through the whole installation process.

The Folsom Home Depot is a wonderful place to shop. The store is clean, employees are friendly, knowledgeable and available when I have questions. I can always find what I'm looking for and they always have a good a selection.

Zero customer service, as all employees were busy doing store-related duties! The customer doesn’t matter here! If you’re interested in the internal policies of Home Depot, you will learn all about it here. I heard multiple employees arguing/commenting on their dissatisfaction with their employer and the “stupid” tasks they were required to complete before their end of their shifts. No customer service at all!!
