ALL BRAND NAMES - PRICES VERY GOOD ON KITCHEN APPLIANCES

Everyone from start to finish was going out of their way to help me. I’m a small petite woman who needed a ton of lumber and 450 lbs of concrete, which Jacob in the lumber department went through all of the wood, brought in new palettes to pick through, loaded it up for me, and loaded up another cart of concrete for me. I then had multiple employees help me at check out and loaded everything in my truck for me! My 2+ hour trip was completed in less than an hour. I do not leave reviews unless I’m highly satisfied, and I’ve never had such a good experience in my life. I appreciate it! Thank you to Jacob and all of the other employees who helped!

First time I was really impressed by a Home Depot Employee. This older gentleman named Dennis really went out of his way to help me to get materials that I needed asap. He acted quickly and efficiently to make sure I was satisfied.

Ordered pavers on 5/25 to be picked up 5/29. Was not ready,had four workers waiting to work at $130 per hour.Two hours wasted.

My family have been looking for a patio set since last year. We did our comparison shopping at the other home improvement stores, and found a much better price and quality at the Folsom location. Also the sales staff especially Alan (customer service) was very helpful, professional and prompt in their jobs. He arranged our delivery and was cheerful in his attitude to provide an excellent purchase. He took the sales motto " Nailed it " to heart. Thanks

Vinyl Flooring looks fantastic went in easy. Paint color match was perfect. Customer Service at Pro desk was Eddie and he is fantastic. Always has my order ready to pick up.

I started in the garden section and then asked a clerk if they had outdoor/indoor mats inside the store. This clerk helped me locate the isle in the store where the mats were located. I found the bath items I needed because at prior visit to this store in early April, a clerk had directed me to these items. When I checked out today, the clerk was extremely nice and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot.

I just want to rave about Phil. He went above and beyond to help us find an item we were looking for. He did not give up until he was able to locate the item. Customer service at its finest. You really need more employees like him. I also want to say that the check out lady was also nice in the garden center.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for many, many years. I've always had a great shopping experience because I know I can find what I need, and help to find solutions to my questions. Plus, they are open early. Additionally, it's very easy to find what I need (I do know the stores layout generally). I've bought everything from lumber, roofing supplies, home appliances, tools and hardware, paint and supplies for home repairs, yard and garden supplies to lighting. As long as I do home repair or light construction projects I will be shopping there for years to come.

Every single associate I encountered was so kind, sweet, helpful and seemed to really care. Best Home Depot I have EVER been in. I have been dealing with Lodi and Elk Grove and what a difference. Sure wish I lived closer. (I'm an hour away!)

The Flooring Associate, Monica, went EXCEPTIONALLY ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! She is totally the best HD Associate I have worked with on my home improvement projects by far! She was patient, answered all my questions, and explained things thoroughly and knowledgeably, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had the best shopping experience.

I go to this store at least once a week for something. Always have it in stock and if I can’t find it there is always a Associate close by and associate is always helpful would always recommend this Home Depot

I needed some sort of trellis for my garden to keep some climbing roses up. Valerie in the garden section took me right to where they were and have me recommendations for my needs. There was a nice variety to choose from.

Arrived at checkout and was immediately directed to self checkout. I told the cashier I could wait as he only had 1 customer with one item. The cashier again in a rude tone told me to use self checkout. I refused and waited for the single customer to complete the transaction. The cashier then range up my one item without saying a word other then how much change I got back. No "thank you " or anything else.
