They are taking great precautions to protect their employees as well as their customers. Yes, it is a little inconvenient but I am glad they are open and able to provide services and product. Everything seemed to be well stocked.

I had the most awful experience when I visited this store on March 27, 2019. I was in the self checkout line waiting to close myself out (which is what I do every time I come to this location). The sales associate Connie was helping a guest in front of me and after closing the guest out, Connie walked away with the guess, so I assumed that I could go ahead and check myself out. As I took up the scan gun to scan my items, out of no where, Connie rushes up to me, grabbed the scan gun out of hand and yelled at me to “move, you need to back up, this is not a self checkout, you don’t do that!” I was so embarrassed and humiliated, I just froze not knowing what to say, and being that the store was quite busy, majority of the people that were in the line and the line over stopped what they were doing an stared at me. I understand that the Coronavirus his a very high threat right now and that might be the reason why she told me to move, back and keep my distance (even though she was very up close and personal to the previous guest to the point that the guest was whispering in her ear), but I was not aware of a change in self checkout, however, this does not excuse her for the way she spoke to me. This is a frequent store of mine to go to and I’ve always been treated kindly and pleasantly. This was the first time I’ve ever had such an horrible experience here.

Associates always very helpful. Worked with Custom today and he was a great help. He helped us find the equipment needed to get the job done and answered all of our questions.

I am a kindergarten teacher. I visited the Flowery Branch Home Depot to purchase dry erase boards for my students as Christmas gifts. Tim, Jeff, and Lupe were extremely helpful throughout my visit. I will definitely be visiting Home Depot again.

We had a great experience here today. The store was very clean and everything was very neat and organized. Everyone was very nice. We found exactly what we needed. Our Cashier was Cheryl. She was warm and friendly. She asked if we found everything we needed . We were talking about Veteran's day. I mentioned how proud I am of my veteran husband. When he came back from the restroom, she thanked him for his service and then made sure we received the Military Discount! One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time.

Store is always clean and products are well organized. Pricing is good with ample inventory. Check lanes are fast with help closely available. Customer service for returns has ample personnel available. Associates are available, friendly and a good mix of experienced and new personnel.

Paint lid wasnt properly put on. Paint all in bed of truck now and cant fix this issue just get more paint or be refunded for $35 paint gallon ...need bed of my truck reimbursed. Very upset and that whole ordeal really messed up money for me that day and a job could have been done with but now I had to wait because losing daylight i couldn't get back. Had to drive to store and fill outa report. Waste more time. Not a happy camper!!!! Disappointed in flowery branch homedepot. Always issues!!!

This is a great Home Depot. Friendly knowledgeable employees. Good product selection.

Consistently the worst HD store I have to go to because its the closest to my house. Very poorly run employees are not trained in customer service management lets them run wild. I don't like Home Depot all that much but I really HATE this store.

I love this Home Depot in particular. Everyone is always kind and helpful and Rachel is particularly skilled with great customer service experience, knowledge of where to find anything I was looking for and a charming personality. I will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future.

I only use Home Depot for all my home improvement jobs including paints and stains I can't get the service anywhere else did I get it Home Depot in Flowery Branch Don in the paint department does an excellent job always helping me get in and out which helps me make money I'm very grateful for Home Depot makes life a lot easier when you're my business thank you
