Clarence was thorough & helpful!

Heather was amazing! I came in on 1/2 needing multiple types of light bulbs and was having an issue with moles in my yard. I wasnt sure what I was looking for, but Heather stopped was she was doing and spent 20 minutes finding exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right bulbs and a solution for my yard. I cant thank her enough for all of her help! If there's an employee of the month, it better be Heather over in the grill/lighting section!

I come into your store a lot. About 3 to 5 days a week. Dennis in the building material department I would say stands out. I can tell that he is working when I pull into the parking lot. When he is working all the carts are neatly placed and sorted in the same area every time. He almost always is in a good mood. Even when I do need help loading this includes large items or just a wood order. I would also like to add that Greg one of the pro cashiers also is doing a great job. He tries to make sure that A the pros get in and out in a timely manner but also willing to help with other areas too. Very friendly to work with. Just wanted to say thank you. I work in your area and surrounding but choose your store even though it’s a bit smaller because of the staff that works here store #1856

ONe thing I can say about this location is that it is always fully stocked.

This is always our store. There are several in our area but we always shop here . The staff is great in every area. Always willing to help with questions and help us find what we are looking for.

I received a great Experience and I will recommend for hassle-free service. Fastest Response & everything was fine. They were also professional. I will get again services when I will be required.

All Home Depot stores should be modeled after this one and its atmosphere of amazing customer service!

I was so happy to shop at the Flowery Branch location today and I didn't have to look for a salesperson. The store was fully staffed and everyone eager to help me even if it wasn't their department.

I went to inquire about my order in the Athens location and they cancelled it without asking and simply told me to reorder online again, which by then the product was sold out. When I went to the Flowery branch location every single person was super helpful! The manager JR was very patient and understanding! Totally different environment and experience between stores.

If you are in need of blinds, had a wonderful experience dealing with Clarence in the Blinds Dept. Very knowledgeable of the products. Need more people like him..

Jimmy, HD Paint Associate did a great job multitasking 3 customers. I could not see a difference in the paint he mixed and my sample. I was impressed.

I recently had to select a new battery system for my business as the existing 18v tools had bitten the dust. Tim went out of his way to explain the different options, reliability, and various amp-hour capacities. The costs and benefits mad so much sense.

I go to several stores across Georgia in the construction business and this store always exceeds my expectations in the quick service and friendly people

My cashier , Luke was very friendly and courteous. I go to several Home Depot stores weekly due to my work, I go out of my way sometimes just to go to the Flowery branch location. It’s clean, and shelves are always stocked. I can get in and out without any complications.
