You enter store with smiles and all employees acknowledge you. That makes you feel more at ease and enjoy the visit.

Don't buy your Christmas tree from the Flowery Branch HD! The kids that work there are lazy and rude - they didn't smile once! They should be fired. Go to the Buford HD. Those kids are much friendlier and actually want to help customers.

Store still hasn’t returned my full amount that I’ve spent with them and it’s been over 7 days. They have their materials and still haven’t returned anything on my account. Late on mortgage payment with a new born. Ive been told from Andre- manager Jeffery and chad-pro desk Mellisa- manager Have all said that they would help me with this and have not. I just want my money back for the materials you already took from me!!!!!!

I went into the store for a paint sample. Left the color chip and instructions with the paint counter attendant. Went shopping and came back for my sample. Told the attendant this isn’t what I asked for. She said it was. I handed her the exact same paint chip I handed her the first time. She proceeded to tell me she thought I would want to convert it to the cheaper paint. I said no and asked for what I wanted. She stated she would get to it at her convenience and walked away. I asked for a manager. He was unresponsive and rude also. He sent another associate over to help me. She was very pleasant . I spent 6k renovating my home in the last month there. They have just lost a lot of money.

The store was clean and the greeters were welcoming and cleaning cart as they were being returned. There was sanitizer at the door for customers to use. Staff were friendly. You get in an out because teamwork was evident

A total waste of time. I purchased an appliance contingent on it being installed and it’s been a week and no call, nothing. Then I call customer service and the woman basically chucked and said figure it out. Here’s a note-if you’re going to have employees answering your customer service lines ensure they have some ability to problem solve. Otherwise, they are doing your customers a disservice and hurting your brand.

Sandy went above and beyond with assisting me. I had called over 5 other Home Depots because I needed the Oldcastle National wall caps and no one had them. Sandy took my call and personally went to locate the item loaded them on a cart for me and held them at customer service for me until I got there within 20 minutes. She is super amazing, very personable & dedicated to the customer. In addition, when I got there Jacob handled my transaction with the utmost level of attention. They r GREAT and made me feel like I matter as a customer. Such attention and professionalism goes a long way. They should be commended for their great attitude and superior customer service skills.

The associates were helpful. Darlene in the Garden Center was most helpful in checking us out and making sure our merchandise was protected from the rain—as it began to storm right before we left the store. She was very pleasant and I would return to this store location, just because of my positive experience interacting with Darlene.

Over a period of at least 2 months, propane bottle exchange kiosk continues to be broken and I always have to search for someone to help, or call for help, and then I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before someone finally arrives. I've made the decision to go elsewhere for my bottle exchanges. A separate issue, this morning the service in the garden center was poor when two employees didn't wish to lift a finger to assist to see if a product was in stock, possibly stored above in a box. This was after telling them that their store website said there were four of this item in stock. They're too lazy to want to assist in a sale. Unfortunately, some people wish to do the bare minimum. I think Home Depot should replace employees such as these, and find those who go by the company saying of "We're Here to Help". I want to be clear that all Home Depot employees do not share this poor work ethic.

This location has an amazing staff. Doesn’t matter which department - all are helpful. My favorite are the ladies in the garden center!

John from the garden and Barbara were outstanding and extremely patient. I was very impressed with John as he took the time to ensure our needs were met. These two employees deserved recognition for their excellent customer service.
