THESE GUYS ROCK - ALL DEPARTMENTS !!

I shop a lot at this particular store. This store manitains their inventory and typically has what I need. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful from the folks at the desk all the way down to folk on the floor and the loaders. Not only is this store better than many other home improvement stores, its one of the best Home Depot locations as well.

Always happy to go to this store for my needs!!! Friendly people from the time you show up and all throughout the shopping and checkout process!!! The best Home Depot store in the whole area!!!

I ordered all new appliances. It was a disaster from the beginning. I just received the final piece since placing the order October 8. It is now January 31. Several changed deliveries, damaged products, installation delayed, and no concern from management to fix the problem.

I was looking for the nylon roller for the top of a bifold door and could not find it in the hardware isle. The young man in the doors and windows section knew exactly what I needed and led me right to it. I was very pleased with his knowledge.

Great staff. Convenient location and always have what I need. Dianna is always kind and friendly. Ken is always a great plumbing resource!

I go to this store 3 times a week and know most of the employees personally. This store has the most professional and caring employees i've seen in along time. Big Nate was awesome! He helped me with all my lumber needs! He went the extra mile to make additional cuts that I needed. He even suggested alternative lumber choices that ended up saving me money! 5 ⭐️ s!

Big Nate, from the lumber department, was outstanding. After three back surgeries, it's difficult to walk around for a long time, Big Nate was there to help me throughout the whole shopping experience, even going to other areas of the store to get the products that I needed, and loading them in my truck. this store is used for our home inprovements/garden and yard supplies. We find the items needed .The employees are nice and friendly

Big Nate was very helpful in the whole process of finding out our needs and made sure we got the best value foe our money too. Cole helped us out and loaded the lumber and made sure we had the needed flag on the end over the tailgate. Everyone was very friendly and everyone we saw asked if we needed help.

Ask for Nate! If he's in a different department- find him, he's incredibly helpful!!

Best Home Depot location in the north metropolitan Atlanta area!

We have been on a search for back splash tile. We have visited at least six Home Depot stores in our area (40 mile radius). The display of tile at this store far exceeded any of the other stores. It was located in a well lighted area, not down a narrow aisle. The product was easy to find on the shelves beneath the displays. Someone with a particular attention to detail set this all up, and it has been meticulously maintained. Someone, or the team that put this together, should receive special recognition for this excellently maintained area.

I am taking the time to write this review to share my experience. This day and age good help is hard to find but I was fortunate enough to get help from employee Jovany Flores. I was on a mission to build a firewood holder and as it is the summer it is considered an out of season item. Well, another employee pass me off and said they didn't have it, try coming back in the Fall. Unfortunately, waiting would be too long for me as I was cleaning my backyard and preparing to plant my grape vines I had previously purchased from The Home Depot. I decided to go into the lumber building supplies area in search of trying to find a way to build my own firewood stand. Jovany was able to help me come up with an idea and he helped me pick out the wood and concrete stands and cut the wood into the correct sizes I desired and I went home and put it together and had the project completed that day. I had such an outstanding experience that I wanted to share it with others who get discouraged with the lack of "customer service" which seems to be the norm these days. I was very fortunate to have Jovany help me otherwise I wouldn't have been able to complete my project and my grape vines may have died before I could plant them. I wanted to extend my gratitude by making sure Jovany was recognized for his efforts as he did not have to go the extra mile but he did. I am an appreciative, happy customer. Thank you Jovany for your efforts they have not gone unnoticed.

Usually I can find what I need, but not today. BUT I was lucky enough to find Jim and Jeremy who found the item I needed after searching several different areas for it. It didn't have a "home", but these two gentlemen hung in there and found the stuff I needed. Kudos to both of them. This is kind of help that will keep me coming back.

Not all stores are created equal! This store is top notch. The systems run smoothly and the employees are great.

The associates, cashier and even the customers there were really friendly! When given the time - I will bypass two other locations, go out of my way to visit this store in the future.
