Excellent pro desk . Quick to help. Archie and Jerome, loaders pleasant and quick. Alvin, a floater on the floor, always helpful in all of the departments he works in. Dave, Christine, Emily, Crystal and Joey at the pro desk can always be counted on for excellent, and beyond service. Always a pleasure to deal with the personnel at this store.

The employees in this store are always very courteous and helpful. I can always get help or a question answered when I need to. If I am looking for something, the employee will usually show me where the item is instead of just telling where to find it.

I was trying to get some oil absorbant from the top shelf. I do not remember her name but the associate went above and beyond the call to acquire the product for me. Also there is a checker there named Liz - she has assisted me many times and always points me to the correct aisle when I am looking for something. Very friendly and effecient when checking out too.

We have had a great experience shopping at this location. After a long hot Saturday, Angelica was very helpful and cheerful as she checked us out. She made the day for us!

The store was very clean, employees present, easy to find and very helpful. The products carried are high quality and product lines broad enough to provide a good selection. Pricing is appropriate and affordable. We were treated as if we were the most important customers the store has, and it was obvious they treated everyone that way. Extremely well run, professional and yet has the atmosphere and individual customer care of the old neighborhood hardware store. I drove from Citrus Heights, (very near another Home Depot that is well run, well stocked and priced the same) to South Sacramento to visit THIS store because of the employees here and the way they treat the customers.

Edith was so helpful in walking us through how we would take our laundry room sink we were purchasing and how we could assemble it to be a sink in our yard, She took the sink out of the box and showed us how we would it. Will shop there again and hope to find her working if we have questions!

I like the fact it is close by and I use it for household items and repairs.
