Victor and Abdu from the Floor department are excellent and very helpful. But other time, it is hard to get any help.

I usually find what I need in this store. It is so important to me that I get good customer service because I spend a lot of money there. If I get bad service I will go somewhere else. I get that great customer service when I come in contact with SUSAN who works in the PAINT AREA. She is so knowledgeable and goes well above and beyond to assist myself and other customers. THANK YOU SUSAN.

Alejandra was an awesome staff member. She was kind, helpful, happy and overall made my day with her exceptional service

Store was unkept and mostly disorganized at 10am, imagine at 5pm, reflecting on the local demographics and obviously the staff. Need to do a better presentation.

Your assistant store manager was extremely rude and refused to try to help me over the phone on an error by the store clerk who triple charged my credit card. Because of Corona-virus I feel very uncomfortable visiting the store where many customers and some employees do not wear masks. I am sure this matter could have been easily resolved over the phone. Instead, the assistant manage refused to investigate the matter and insulted me by hanging up the phone. As a result I will contact the general manager of the store on Monday and air my grievances as well as filing a claim with the credit card company, which I am sure will cause additional lost time with your employee(s). Also, I promise you, I will never, ever return to this store again and am seriously considering never buying from any Home Depot for any reason.

I am a big fan of the garden products and love to always find new pots for my plants. It's very easy and convenient to shop here as the employees are very nice in helping you find what you need. I would recommend this store if you like to plant.

The store is always open. Employees seem to enjoy working there. They are always around. Get the impression they like their work thinking they know their job and their boss is fair. Good attitudes. I understand Home Depot is a good compAny to work for and it show s in the employees attitude.

I really enjoy this store so very much. The pro sale cashiers are awesome !!! They know me by my name and address me as such. The new assistant manager ( short dark haired man with glasses ) rocks because he is keeping the employees in line and making sure the customers are satisfied Way better store !!!

Employees are super friendly and helpful! I couldn’t have felt more appreciated, like I was the most important person in the store! The Returns desk was especially A-MAZ-ING (you ROCK Melinda)!!

On too many occasions, the store employees in most departments are unavailable for assistance. For returns, the woman that primarily assists me, makes me feel like I'm wasting her time. Takes an unnecessary amount of MY time to get through the process. The selection and availability of items is below par, in my opinion. Due to the above experiences, I have chosen a different store as my main shop even though it is not as conveniently located.

I frequent this Home Depot store quite regularly. This is due to the fact that the customer service at this store is very good! Everyone is very helpful and super friendly. Also, the store is in order, neat and clean. I truly enjoy shopping at this Home Depot!!

Did a return at 4641 Florin Road, Sacramento, CA 95823. Receipt says "Cashier SHUGUFA". Respectful and Courteous are two important words working with and dealing customers. Your customers are your source of revenue that provides your paycheck. Management needs to have a word with this employee about bad body language especially when you're working with customers.

It's ok. It's a smaller Home Depot so they have limited merchandise. Go there if you are looking for something regularly carried at all home depots. Don't expect any help. the employees act like they don't want to be there and explicitly ignore you in the aisles. Very hard to get assistance except at the paint counter or in flooring. The employees there always seem knowledgeable and friendly every time I've gone in there. There's an older lady that cashiers in garden, she's very friendly. When it's time to check out to go through Garden don't bother going anywhere else.

The worst customer service at a home improvement store I have been too. I would not go back to this store if I needed assistance. All I wanted to do was buy a washer to match my dryer I had got from a different home depot.

Had trouble figuring out what I needed for a garden project. Lumber was a bit busy. Went to the front and asked if someone could assist me. Wonderful woman (I believe she was a manager) came back to lumber with me. It was apparent that the other employee was a bit new, and not only did she give him directions, but came back over later to make sure everything was going well.

i bought a washer from home depot , Erica who sold a washer to me was great and so helpful ! she facilitates the shopping process as well as i got 10 % discount on my purchase amount !
