The store was clean and the employees were helpful. It didn't seem so busy that I could not find what I needed to check out quickly. I shop at this Home Depot for my basic needs and so far I have not had any major issues with them.

Employees are very helpful and friendly

Clean and organized store with very attentive and helpful staff. We almost always find what we were looking for within a reasonable price and have never left the store d dissatisfied. Associates are pretty family friendly as well which is a huge benefit to one's shopping e experience.

The employees were not as Customer Service Oriented as the Laguna/ Elk Grove store. I would recommend the EG store. The Florin Rd employees seemed like they did not want to be bothered, except for Vicente and the Braid & Raga Hat employee guy.

I asked for assistance to my car with my purchase of heavy terracotta planters. Cashier called for assistance and I waited less than 15 seconds and a young man appeared, I was pleasantly surprised because it was at least 100 degrees and I didn't have to wait. His name was Ruben, friendly and very attentive. He requested to push my cart, loaded my items quickly and carefully and kept a pleasant demenor even with him sweating and the terrible heat. You could tell he cared about his job, was a hard worker with a high work ethic.

AWFUL SERVICE. I placed an order (door+modeling ) on 3/23/18. I didn't get my full order until 7/7/18 because the first time I picked up, they didn't have the modeling. A month later, I went to pick up, the modeling missing a piece. Finally 7/7/18, I picked up all the stuff that i ordered. All these time, Home Depot NEVER calls me to tell me that my orders has arrived. I always had to go to store to asked to see if my item arrive. I couldn't call either because some time Home Depot can't looks up my order by my name or phone number, they said they don't know why they can't find my order on the computer. So i had to be in person every time I want to know if my item arrive.

Helpful friendly employees

employees very unfriendly. Smiling must not be a requirement to work there. I got my paint but it was like interacting with a brick wall with the counter salespersons. There were two young ladies in the paint department with the identical stoic attitude.I will go to the Power Inn store next time, a little further away but there I feel appreciated!
