The Pro desk is awesome....Joey, Christina, Jim and Chrystal take very good care of me.... ABOVE AND BEYOND... At the registet Tamara is ever friendly and constantly reminding of things I forgot... Christy good job with her.

if you are looking for something for a project; make sure you do your research. Especially being a female and have no clue about home improvements, etc. I am looking for guidance and most of my visits, I have not gotten that.

My shopping experience at this particular Home Depot was filled with excellent customer service and very helpful and knowledgable employees.

I was really pleased with the help I received at Home Depot.

Home depot is what i call my second home just love the place if they let me built a room there i most definitely sleep there.

This was my first experience shopping at the Florin Store. The shelves were well stocked and the employees were Amazing,particularly the employees in lumber and our cashier Sary! Everyone was in a great mood, knew their products,were there to help. They made sure we had a great shopping experience! I will be back! A Great Home Depot Team!

I have to give recognition to Eric, this man not only helped me with arranging my security door installation. He even followed up with me with a phone call regarding a Gaezbo that I've been waiting for. Because of him, I'm back as a loyal customer, instead of going to Lowes. I also wanted to recognize Shay! She's so knowledgeable & helped me resolved my issues. Eric was also amazing, his customer service skills & knowledge was that good. One more person I would like to acknowledge, though I don't know her name, she works in plumbing. She assisted me with the PVC parts for my waterfall. I think she's Filipino, please tell her Thank you for her expertise & great customer service. Please also give thanks to Charles, Jacob, Stephanie & Nick! Without them my visits to Home Depot would have been a disaster!

Went to pickup wood slats for my fence and didnt check the price . When I went to the front to pay I asked the cashier how much these were and without looking in the system she Knew the amount. She was also friendly and helped me signup for credit card.

This store is always busy but has a lot of good staff working it. One in particular is Edith in plumbing - man does she know her stuff

WE love the garden section at this Home Depot. Staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable especially Michael.

On 05/03/17 at around 6PM. I visited the Gardening dept. I had to get more mulch, lava stones and gravel for my landscaping project. I approached Mars and asked if he can find someone to help me. With a smile he said, yes he will and within a few minutes the help arrived. The person that assisted me, I believe his name was Tyler. If not, I can describe him as a tall, slim build, white male. He came to assist me with no hesitation and greeted me with a wonderful smile. He was very knowledgeable and helped me load the items I came for. Both Mars and Tyler (not sure of name) worked as a team to make my returning experience as wonderful as the first.

I had a wonderful shopping experience. I was helped by the Operations Manager, Augustine, his associate Eric & Steve. The level of customer service I received was beyond phenomenal. Eric assisted me with getting more products for my DIY landscaping renovation, Agustine, was patience & assisted with hauling the items to my vehicle along with Steve, which out of no where offering his assistance. Their teamwork really paid off. Trust me, I don't like writing reviews, due to my busy work schedule, but this one was worth my time.

This Home Depot has a fabulous nursery department. The plants look healthy and there is a wonderful variety of plants available.

Had a awesome person help me out today , Nancy was her name...very helpful , and knew what and were things were ! I will be in search of her again , very very friendly and helpful .

I was at this store on Florin rd today , I got helped by this woman named Nancy she was so very helpful , I bought new closet doors , and I needed help with a storage shed , also Nancy helped me by looking up the price and who will help me install it ! Nancy was the best , very friendly , helpful , and knew her products and were everything in store was. I'm going to ask for her personals to help me each time . The best in customer service I've had in a long time . Way to go Nancy !!!

I like it alot

I go to the Florin Rd store because the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. I usually have questions and they take the time to answer them and point me in the right direction. I have also used their in home contractor services and found them to be very competent.
