We had an excellent experience with Herman (HXF3JMR) in the flooring department. He helped us find what we needed, and checked us out personally, and took our order to the loading area while we pulled our car up, and had another associate ready to help us load our car. Herman also gave us great ideas and help with our next projuect. We definitely recommend working with Herman!

My cashier Ali at the customer service checkout desk was very friendly and helpful. I can not praise her enough!

Employees are always courteous and will help you with your questions. If they don't know an answer, they will try to find an employee who does.

Great customer service! I had a very well spoken young man with great mannerisms help with my lumber. It's hard to find good customer service these days however, this young man made a great impression.

Store was clean products was easy to find

This store does need to pay loaders, since they refuse to help anyone lift heavy objects and you end up doing it yourself.

Every time you enter the store you're welcomed with a smiling face along with a clean store. Home Depot always has what you need when you need it.

Nice, clean stocked store. Asked if we needed help, went to the plumbing isle, was neat and organized and things were actually were they belong. If in this area, I would recommend this store!!!

I found everything I needed easily, but when I needed assistance it was readily available and the employees were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly while providing assistance. The store was clean and well organized as well.

The store was very clean. Everyone at the entrance said hello. We walked straight to appliances and found what we were looking for. The sales lady in the kitchen and appliances was super helpful. This was the third time I have been to buy appliances that she helped me. Always helpful and patient. What an asset for Home Depot. As we left the people at the door smiled and said have a good night.

I have been very happy with my experiences at this store. Everyone has been very helpful and made my shopping easier when able to. It is a breath of fresh air compared to the "other store" I have to deal with. It is worth driving to Florence from Sumter for the difference in service.

I went into Home Depot in Florence,SC, last week to get pricing on appliances I was interested in. I received excellent assistance from the kitchen designer. This was after I had been to a local competitor to price same items. I went back in this week to order my appliances,sink, kitchen faucet, garbage disposal. She assisted me so patiently and also printed off the cut out sheets that I need because my home printer was not working. She was amazing. With the current Presidents Day sale, I saved over $2000 on my purchases.

I ordered a fence post on line to be delivered to the Home Depot in Florence, SC allowing me to pick it up. I was coming to the Florence area so I thought that I would call and check on the post. I spoke to John in customer service and all I can say is you need to teach all your employees to respond to a customer like John! He looked it up and said that it did not show up in the computer but he knew that there was a delivery from UPS that came in, and he would go and check for me. He put me on hold for about a minute and then picked up the phone and told me that it should be in but he would physically check on it and he asked me to hold. In a minute or so he picked up and said that it had come in but it had some damage. He asked me if he could take a few pictures and send them to me, which was great. I checked them and said I didn't think that it would be a problem so I would come in. I had a couple other items to get so I came in and checked the post, and ended up taking it. That is a great shopping experience even though the item was a little damaged. Great Job John!!

Mary was friendly and professional. I actually felt important. navigation is easy to find things. However, several isles had product in way of flow. We had to move couple things. Maybe they were preparing for stocking inventory.

Store could use some hospitality training, employees will walk right by you and not speak or ask if they may help you.
