I just recently visited the store location. The store is clean and a friendly environment. My visit was very special to me today because I could not find this product that I was looking for anywhere. An employee came up to me and noticed that I needed help. I told him my issue and he knew what I needed immediately. He came back with what I needed and explained about other products that could go with it. You don't get this type of customer service everyday. He was happy and willing to help me. I'm so excited that I finally found this product that I have been searching for a long time. I would recommend this store for customers to shop.

I had a great experience with Heidi, yesterday in the lumber area. I found Heidi, to be very knowledgeable. Go Heidi, you were awesome.

Recently found that my local big box store did not have a left sided tub surround in stock, nor would they be able to have one available......Called this store, and Jack in plumbing saved the day!!! This man was so helpful, he looked up what was available on the floor, sent me links, answered my questions, and told me to page him when I got to the store.....He helped me find tub surround, vanity, fixtures and everything I needed for our project scheduled to start in 3 days!!!! Wonderful asset to HD. From now on, I will take the drive from Sumter, SC to Florence SC to shop at HD exclusively!!!!! Every single employee I interacted with was pleasant, professional and courteous. Thank you from a very happy customer.

I was in the market for appliances today and visited Lowe’s and Home Depot. If you are still looking for friendly service, knowledgeable employees and a pleasurable buying experience...pass by Lowe’s and go to Home Depot!

My husband really loves this store because of the availability of sales associates as needed.

The store was very clean. They provided masks at the front door as well as hand sanitizer!! Dorthy was our cashier. She was amazing. Very attentive and worked quickly to get us in and out.

The Home Depot is safe for all workers wear a mask. Signs are posted on the outside for your safety and mine.. The store is clean, well organized and has an abundant of supplies. There is another brand name store which carries some of the same supplies and products but; I change from the other store and I have been very satisfied with the pleasantness of the workers at Home Depot. The worker at Home Depot are friendlier. They are more willing to help the customer find what they need. The person assisting me was very helpful, I found what I needed.

This store is well stocked - very organized, very clean and lots of new products to check out.

The store was clean and had hand sanitizer and wipes and mask at the door so when you walk in you can use them to wipe down your cart are shopping cart that means a lot to the customer.

The sorriest selection of what they called number two which is actually the number for grade Firewood in the treated selections I've been growing trees for 58 years I know what I'm talking about the crap that you're selling this what you put in the bottom of a bagel hole and drive over it just to form a foundation it is not to be built with it is so warped and nodded it is insufficient for even building pallets with hey you want me to be honest I am

I love this HD. The store has plenty stock,they are clean and fresh smelling and I’ve not ever met any unpleasant sales person. No lie, it shocks me because I’m there regularly and everyone has a bad day but after a year of shopping there nearly every week ( just moved into a house in the area which needs lots of work) I’ve yet to run into an unpleasant employee.

Employees were friendly and didn't mind helping you find items.

It is common place for employees to block of aisles throughout the day for restocking then walk away without opening them back up. I have lost track of the number of times I have tried to buy something only to find that section blocked off with no employees anywhere around to be found.

Steve was the employee that helped me so much with his knowledge and patience. Not easy making a decision on big tag item, but Steve gave me all the information needed to buy with confidence. Never felt rushed; he answered every question I had about the appliance I was purchasing. Could not have made such a good decision without his help. Thanks, Steve.
