The store was clean and the employers were nice.

Lack of employees availability when you need them. I saw a lot of employees in the front but no one told around the isles.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.

The employees take forever to respond to get you an item, but the young looking manager came outside quick and helped us grab our chairs and load it up . Super great cashier service from Alex he rang me up and loaded up my merchandise.

Flagler has the best employees, the assvocuates are always willing to help and the managers are really friendly. Alex in self check out made my day.

Even though the registers were remodeled the cashiers are extremely quick and on task, alex helped me with all my things and I left in less then a min. The Flagler store has great associates.

The aisles were full of merchandise being displayed, but there was no way of getting around it to get what you were looking for. When I finally was able to get what I wanted and went to pay, the girl was very busy having her braid done, so she couldn't pick up my stuff from the cart and I had to hand it all to her so she could do her job. The paying machine, where you swipe your card, is positioned in a way the cashier and any other person nearby can see the pin you are entering. In my opinion this is a serious security issue that would make me avoid paying for anything there.

The parking lot smelled of urine, garbage was everywhere. Day laborers greet you along your route into and out of the store. Home Depot should be providing these day laborers with portable toilets and trash cans.

Super friendly asscociates, excellent customer service. Pro side is always my favorite, cashier named Alejandro was super friendly and bagged out everything super quick .

This is the Home Depot store where I shop most often, about 5 miles from my home. I have shopped at this store for over 30 years. First it was on the other side of the parking lot, directly attached to Mall of the Americas and in 2002 it re-opened as a stand-alone big-box store in a much larger space and with more merchandise . The associates are always friendly and helpful and they are always easy to find! I usually find the items I am looking for and if they are not available I check the Home Depot website for availability of these items at other locations. The best thing about this store is its location in the heart of Miami-Dade County, next to a busy city street and a major expressway. This allows it to serve customers from a large area.

It was easy to find what I was looking for, got great deals and the friendly staff was very helpful.

Rude employees, Lot's of out of stocks so you never finish your shopping list

The store was filled with so much things it was had to just leave and go to the air port without "sightseeing." Albert Pounce ,was the most excellent person for appliances, who got straight to the bottom of my concerns and special ordered my Samsung washer with no delay. THIS washer was not in stock and had to be ordered, it was black ,stainless steel and fingerprints resistant plus it was larger 5.4 cubic feet and it has a steam cleaning feature, it was an advance technological product plus it has bluetooth for you cell phone , to alert you of what's it's doing next a smart washer you may say by Samsung.He restored my faith in customer service. Sent me to the cashier and I was on my way knowing that it was going to be shipped out in a few days by Friday .he was great. Out side it was pouring rain ,and I could see a cashier holding the umbrella for a customer through the glass doors to my amazement, to load their items into their car ,that was so awesome and amazing, for a conglomerate . It causes customers to always come back to Experiencethat warmth, because you never see that kind of concern any where else , and my checkout cashier went and offload my items out of the cart onto the register,while I was having a conversation in front of her , 'Que Lindo" it was a pleasure to be in your company ***** The staff all communicated greatly with one another and responded quickly to an override with my purchase. Cuddos.This Store was by far the Best and everyone offered you help with amazing curteousity.

Man i tell you, this store is just magical. Everything is at your disposal and easily accessible. From Foundation to Finish, anything you need for home improvement its there. And best of all the prices are excellent and exceptional. Mark

Elias in the back with cabinets.. extremely helpful. Gave me ideas and told me about DIY videos on your website. I am always a little intimidated to ask questions that may seem "dumb" but Elias made my project a lot easier than what I thought it would be when I walked in. Thanks Elias!

This store has excellent customer service. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The store is clean and well-stocked with products. I always come out with what I came to buy and then some.

Outside garden was was a mess. Full of pallets and boxes and items in the isles. But on a brighter side, the manager and cashiers were very helpful and nice.

Lizbeth in gardening was the worst cashier I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service, lack of professionality and highly rude.

Nice pleasant atmosphere, employees approachable and friendly and most of all knowledgeable.
