Store was organized. I was able to find what i was looking for a in a quick efficient matter. Nancy was my cashier and helped me very much and she was quick. She helped me in what i needed and I was in and out. Very good customer service from her.

Ask for Martha Fernandez for all your home appliances needs. She sits down with you and walks you through the whole buying process. EXCELLENT customer service.

The manager in this store lacks knowledge of Homedepot's policies and I'm talking about someone that said to be the store manager when I asked to speak with him/her. I was trying to exchange merchandise I bought in another Homedepot store in this one because it was defective and this store is closest to my home, also I knew the other store didn't have it since they sold me the last two they had, but I was told that I could not return it, so I asked where it was documented in Homedepot's return policy and didn't get an answer so I had to take my merchandise back to the store I bought it originally, return it and come back to this one to buy them again. I've been a Homedepot customer for many years and this store has always been a problem to me.

I had a very good experience with both associates Mr. Clint and Mr. Manuel Fraga they were team players who exceeded my expectations I was and am very pleased with my shopping experience. I intend to work with them in the very near future.

Very bad service from the cashier Esmirna . She is rude, and treats clients badly with a discriminatory tone. Reported to the cashiers manager. And without asking the name of the employee, he just said that this should not happen. very little professionalism on his part. I do not recommend that store to ANYONE. So they don't have a hard time.

This is the best Home Depot I ever will go every time I need anything . Great services and great people.

The place has ample parking, many latin people can come and find stuff easily but in my personal opinion, they need more staff that knows how to service certain thing that are advertised...when someone visits HDpot is due to solve a problem, they don't need to waste time in search of. Hire employees that know what they are doing.

In the flooring department at this store we received assistance from a specialist that was very knowledgeable, patient and exhibited compassion to our needs, Ricardo is wonderful, and we are very thankful.

I had a great experience with Brandon helping me place my order for my washer and dryer and explaining all my options.

The store was pretty clean overall. I was able to find most of the items I was looking for and I was able to find help in a couple employees (I went to the store several times) in the items I was not able to locate. The associates were professional and knowledgeable. They were wearing mask and kept safety distance while talking to me. Shame on me that I didn’t got their name, but they work in the bathroom aisles. Martha Fernandez helped me in Appliances and again, professional, knowledgeable and got out of her way to make sure that I was purchasing what I wanted. A great experience overall.

Bad customer service and not well supplied.

Excellent services and employee are very aware of what customers needs. The store is clean and safe. People’s can find everything that needs. I strongly recommend this store.
