The Home Depot #6343 at Flagler St its the Best of all. Customer relations with employees are beautiful, and best of all I find what I needed in no time, the lady in charge direct me in one minute.

I was expecting a line on Sunday but I went early at 7:30 am and the Store was empty with available check out registers with line.

The guy on the gardening products is very helpful, some pavers fell off the cart while leaving the store he helped me out to accommodate and changed the broken for new ones. I can’t remember his name, a tall silver bearded guy. Thank you again for your help, always be back to finish my project.

Full of life, merchandise and friendly people!

I went to buy some wood for a framing project and was told it was too small for them to cut and mitre for me. They sent me to the DIY section, where the saws were blunt. When I complained, the lady who works there said “oh they’re always blunt.” I asked for a pen or a pencil to mark my cuts and no one would lend me one. It took me two hours to cut four pieces of wood. Inconceivable.

This particular store is very convenience clean well located and always full of merchandise. The employees at this location are very friendly and well knowledgeable of the products and services. The cashiers are always friendly as I come shopping here at this particular HomeDepot all the time. It is a great friendly environment so I do appreciated the great work very much and I do recommend it to the Flager miami community and near areas around. Great HomeDepot store. Very happy shopping here. Five out Five stars given

If I could give zero stars, I would... We were looking for a specific item, we asked an employee if they had it, she said no. Didn’t even try to look. We found 3, and still needed three more. Online stated there are 93 in stock, so we asked another employee. They were a little more helpful in the sense that they did an inventory check. Inventory on hand was 103, the employee walked us through two isles and handed us off to another employee. We explained to the employee that the previous employee did an inventory check and found there was over 100 in stock. The last employee looked on the shelf and said we don’t have it. Didn’t bother to give and explanation or try to look for the on hand inventory that the store supposedly had. I’ve worked retail, and understand inventory count can be wrong. But an inventory count being wrong by more than 100 count is a big difference.

this store is convenient for me. and has most everything the other ones do. also, the people are extemely helpful.

This store is always in stock with all of the products we need. The team members are helpful and they are willing to help when asked. We’ve shopped at this store for many years and are always satisfied. As first time homeowners, it’s nice to know we have a great resource like this Home Depot. Thank you team!
