I am senior citizen, and I am doing some work in my apartment by myself. I am using paint that I've bought a while ago, and I asked your associate STEPHANY for assistance at the painting department. Stephany is been the greatest. Stephany has taking the time to answer every question I have, with respect, real concern to make sure I understand and get all my doubts resolved. Stephany is been the most helpful associate you have in this department. Stephany goes beyond and above to help me .

I bought a lamp and when I review the receipt back home I found out I was charged 12 dollars for a protection plan I didn’t ask for or was I asked if I wanted.

As a first time shopper at this Home Depot location I was extremely satisfied and happy with my purchases and overall the customer service I received. I told my cashier I wanted to write a review about her because she helped me with one item I was missing and about to walk out the door without. She helped me find it quickly and her service was fast and efficient. Sometimes these store visits aren't always fun for some of us but with employees like Nancy it really made it better. Thank you so much & keep the great job at this store.

Customer service/return employee Mayra is rude and she questioned the way I pay, offering all the time store credit instead of been patient on finding the card I used for my purchase. Employee was very unfriendly and didn’t have any type of interpersonal skills, where greeting say please and thank you are the basics. After she did my return she even left me talk by my self. She just walked away and told me you can see it in the receipt.

I enjoy browsing THD. I have been here a few more visits, a DIY project, very light stuff (bad back) and it was great! I don'tsee very well so I needed assistance and boy! did I get it! Thanks! Stock! Helpful staff n cashiers.. Answered questions, located product's,, educated me and solved last minute shortage! Right until closing time. Well done! (Initially. Old one: A couple of visits. I am visually impaired and the staff took the care to find what I needed. But request the help of experienced staff when needed.)
