Compared to other Home Depots in South Texas this store has by far better customer service, friendliness and value.

The store is usually clean and is well-stocked. The problem is getting help in the store and then loading assistance if you make a purchase.

I love the paint department my flavored place. Nice people work there . Everyone always friendly. I got to visit the plant department I was looking for seeds to plant and a nice young lady gave me directions where they were located and helped me out with a price on a plant. Love my Home Depot . Even the cashiers are very helpful.

I do believe this store has the products that I need. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions, I have felt like I am unwelcome and unappreciated by the associates. This store is sorely lacking in customer service. I don't expect red carpets or over the top excitement to see me walk in the doors, but a friendly acknowledgement... not feeling like I'm an inconvenience... would be a great start! Management really needs to step up their game and do some retraining of their associates! The paint booth associates would be a good place to start!

This HD really strives to help the customers. I can always seem to find help within a reasonable time. The special order desk people are fantastic and so are the check out people. Very helpful and mostly in a great mood which helps the customers moods also.

Went in to buy a water heater, ask for some help and was told that we needed to go outside and get a flat cart came in and the employee saw us and did even come to help us load it on the cart.

This Home Depot at 13202 Leopard was cleaner and better stocked than the Home Depot stores in the McAllen area. The isles were not cluttered with abandon carts and displays that make it difficult to maneuver like Valley Home Depots. The cashier Pauline was fast efficient and welcomed me with a smile and greeting.

the store is easy to get to. must of all the employees that I came in contact were very friendly with a smile also they help me with out me asking for help and I like that they were great. it makes you feel that you want to go back to the store. you all were great.. the store look clean 2 employees were sweeping the floor.

We came across a very helpful employee a few days ago. Justice went out of her way to help us out and answered questions and had great knowledge of products sold in the store. She made our shopping experience worth the hour and a half we spent in the store. A few days later, we went in again. And yet again, Justice was there to help us! You all can use several more employees just like Justice!

I am a very satisfied Home Depot shopper. Every clerk in this store is very helpful & friendly. Each have been very eager to help me in my shopping experience, gladly taking me to a product, even if it is not in their area of work.

I recently moved to Mathis, Texas. My brother and his wife are having a new front deck put on their home. My brother was there to buy most of the materials for their deck and i needed a filter for my RV AC. I was delighted to find it after looking for it myself. It was up front not on the back wall where i wss first told i would find it. I asked another employee and she physically showed me where the item was. Thank you Home Depot!!

i am always pleased at this particular store because of the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. i love the layout--it is always clean and has plenty of room in the aisles with no clutter.

Hate hate hate this store. Spent over an hour trying to return damaged goods. Returns are an absolute nightmare. Store is continually under staffed. They don’t mind instantly debiting your bank account and handing your check back but try returning something. Then you get the run around about having to wait 2-3 days. They don’t seem to care that not everyone who shops there doesnt live nearby. Every visit to this retailer results in declining customer service.
