A great place to shop, even if you are a women like myself, buying big heavy stuff. Their staff are ready to help And happily do so. They made my trip such a joy. I found all that I needed and more!! They have a huge selection, and the best prices I’ve seen, in vanity’s and toilets.

Store was good.Microwave install was terrible.Left the kitchen a mess.Paid for professional installation did not get it.

Well, I have to say Trent is who made my visit better. Another fellow wouldn't help me. But Trent would. This isn't the first time it's happened. Trent Is an amazing employee. It was even time for him to go home, but he didn't let that stop him from helping me. Anytime I go to that Home Depot, I ask if he is working, because I know he will always help me. He gets the wood down for me, cuts it and he even helped me load my car the last time because I had a lot of heavy things. He deserves a raise!

The store was clean and organized - the store was obviously keeping up with current guidelines for COVID-19 shopping. The paint department staff was amazingly helpful and really made my project go smoother with their recommendations and suggestions.

William in flooring is phenomenal. Usually it’s hard to get help at Home Depot. This employee is the exception to that. Goes out of his way to help!!

I do a LOT of business in your Tool Rental Center. All the men that work there are friendly and helpful. BUT, when I see that big mouth gray haired woman I cringe! She doesn't work well with the others, just comes in, takes over, and most times messes up my order. All the time her mouth is running. Maybe I can find out when she is not working and do my business at that time?

Patrick Boylson was a big help. Had planned to cut 28 sections of 10 foot pvc .5 inch pipe in parking lot. He did it inside with a great attitute. I left the store with 56 sections of 5 foot pvc that easily fit in my car and saved me much time. Thanks Patrick for Super Service.

Victor in the Paint Department was very helpful and was able to match my paint from a sample. Thanks for the help.

The young woman at the front desk (maybe Asian?) would not stop talking. She was talking about personal issues while the line I was waiting in got longer and even longer. Where are the Managers? This is an example of Terrible Customer Service!

Poor customer service and no communication. Had paid for an exterior door measurement and no vendor ever showed up. Contacted the store on the issue, was reverted to voice mail and no one ever returned my call. I ended up going back to the store to get a refund on my measurement cost and cancelled my door order.

The people who work at the front desk are consistently Friendly, especially Dee. The cashiers at the other end, by hardware are always in a bad mood - they need an attitude adjustment!

This Home Depot is our primary location for most everything we are looking for to install or repair in our home. Associates are helpful and we generally find what we need.!

This middle-aged woman who I managed to find out is your FES? IS RUDE!

Do not get any appliance delivered. We ordered a laundry center for more than $1,500 and paid for installation. The morons, Freight Rite, who they send failed to read instructions for installation and did not remove a shipping rod. There were three different exterior stickers and a sticker on the rod that said if you don't remove it, the machine will be damaged. Inept delivery people and inept company that hires inept people.

Employees were lazy, and didn't seem willing to get out of their chairs to help me in the tile Dept.

I have consistently had a positive experience shopping here.
