I went into this location shortly after they opened this morning and Tina, who was in the customer service department, was very helpful, professional and kind. This is the level of service I find at this location 90% of the time and it’s absolutely appreciated.

I visited twice to this store to get few appliances for my home and both visits were fantastic just because of the store employees they are so friendly helpful and clearly understand what I need

I was in the store today. We have purchased a lot of things from this particular Home Depot because all your employees have been excellent to work with. Mostly small items, but because of our positive experiences at this particular Home Depot we purchased a LG refrigerator last year. Several employees helped me today, especially Kamie.

Leisa and her support person helped us to make our shopping experience smooth and easy. They were so kind to answer all our questions regarding the product and explained various offers & promotions. Highly recommended store for home appliances.

I go to this store because I like the layout. I can usually find what I am looking for. If not, the personnel are always friendly and helpful.

We've been remodeling our kitchen and have had to make several trips to the Fields Ertel Home Depot lately. The customer service desk, and Laura in particular, are always really helpful. It makes a big difference!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had and Home Depot and I’ve been going to the store since it opened, today. I had an associate named Laura at customer service who was very sweet to me and kind. Home Depot definitely needs to hire more associates like this, and give this woman a raise.

After opening a Pro Xtra account, we headed in for our first trip to price out materials and get some ideas about ordering timetables. Daniel at the Pro Desk was so helpful and quickly found the doors we wanted to order, priced them out, called the manufacturer and found an estimate for when they could come in. We were then helped by JJ and Frank in the flooring department. They answered questions and gave us advice on the right type of product to select for our flooring project. We are SO EXCITED to begin our office renovation and feel confident that the help of the staff at Home Depot will make things run smoothly, on schedule, and within our budget. THANKS!

The staff is more knowledgeable than the other locations

We live near another Home Depot, but we were in the area and just wanted to browse. We were planning on visiting other stores to price compare before purchasing, but Rex and Lesia were so helpful that we went ahead and made our purchase instead of browsing elsewhere.

Kamie went above and beyond to help me complete my transaction even though I was having with my credit card.

The team in home depot was really helpful and went above and beyond in the purchase of all our new home appliances and showed comparison and advice on each and every item bought.

Salesperson was great!! She even helped us load the dishwasher into our SUV.

Excellent service friendly and helpful

My wife and I went to the Fields Ertel store to purchase carpet and we were impressed by the salesman Frank Trick. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Frank educated us on our options and helped us with our choices. I was dreading this visit and he made it a terrific experience! We will be back as we continue our home remodel.

No one was really willing to help, and the one person that did help had an attitude about helping.

The folks here in every department are nice and helpful. I had to exchange a toilet flush handle, and they swapped it out effortlessly! Very pleased overall.

When I walk in the very first employee ask me if there was some thing they could help me with. Wow customer was great.

This when I went to the Home Depot on Fields Ertel in Mason Ohio. The store was a mess, isles were packed full of carts with material on them. Exit doors blocked. Then I got outside and say an elderly customer loading material from a flat cart about 20 bags into his truck (a Home Depot employee walked right by him and never offered to help) This employee then walked by a woman load topsoil into her car and keep walking. I turn around and asked this employee if he knew what was wrong with Home Depot? I said employees like him who walked by people needing help.

Just finished shopping at Home Depot. We received excellent help problem solving and selecting what we needed for our project. Sean from delivery helped us and made it the best experience we have had at a home improvement store. We will be back!

I bought a bathroom cabinet at Home Depot and went back a couple days later and bought a shower curtain rod that matched. The store had the largest inventory of the 3 large stores I visited and, by far, the best customer service. Tom in Hardware went the extra mile by taking the cabinet out of the box so I could see if it was what I wanted. Next time, I'll go to Home Depot first!
