I had an idea for a pop together PVC framework for a shower for camping. An employee went above and beyond to help me find and select the parts needed and even helped me do a trial assembly. Employees go out of there way to help you if your stuck on what to choose for your project, having trouble finding a part, or Just need to know what aisle your product is located in. The store is clean and I have always enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. If an employee is busy helping another customer, they'll find someone to assist you.

I prefer the staff at this Home Depot even to other Home Depot’s. Not 100%, but the vast majority of the staff are helpful and friendly :)

Rude staff

Store was clean , staff was friendly , opne parking spaces all over - easy to find , shelves were sull , We got help even without needing help . One of the best stores of Home Depot ever . Thank you to Deauna who actually was returning from break and helped us get our item .

The Customer Service at the Federal Way Store went beyond helpful. It saved me at least $1,000 that a Plumber would have charged to clear a toilet clog. They have the only all natural toilet clog liquid I could find & between it & the 6' Snake I was able to get the clog broke up & the toilet working again. The 6' snake also had an option to use it as a 3' snake or a 3' snake & use a cordless drill with it in case your own hand cranking doesn't work. I never had to use the drill but it was nice to know I had that option.

On Monday, June 29th I walked into this HD to place a delivery order. The order consisted of 3 groups of multiple items. Items included moulding, closet doors, and composite roofing. All items were awkward to transport home so I elected to pay the $79 to have it all delivered. The delivery date was on July 1st. Was told the items could be delivered anytime over 14 hours. At 13 hours and 30 minutes, I called HD to find out what the issue was and if anything was arriving - it wasn’t. No one followed up, the next day so I called again. They blamed the snafu on having to pick up 1/3rd of the order at another store. I made multiple phone calls thru July 3rd to demand my order be fulfilled and not have to wait until July 4th - I gave suggestions to the multiple people I talked to and asked each of them, do you have 72 hours to wait at home waiting I an order? I placed the order at the store and paid for it to be delivered- however instead I saw the ineptitude shown by the employees I spoke with by phone, who were of limited help..only annoyance and frustration was plentiful! The delay has pushed back my house listing 5 days, as a result of HD’s failure to deliver product on time!

Ordering online is like playing lotto. Might get what you ordered and you might not. They messed up two orders and didnt seem very caring about the customer, just Oh, Well a lot.

We found what we went to buy and a couple more items, the store was clean and all the employees did have masks on, so we did not feel nervous about the virous , the check out was very quick.

I started by placing an order online. All by one item were cancelled and no one could explain why. I called and was offered help to place the order again. When the order was cancelled I received absolutely no communication about it. A 2nd order was placed, and I received an email that it was ready to be picked up, part of this order I was expecting to be delivered to my home. I went for pick up and 20 minutes later they said they looked everywhere and couldn’t find my order. I left with the understanding that I would be called when it was ready. I called back because I hadn’t heard from anyone AND my home delivery did not occur. The store had found my order and again did not bother to communicate and my home delivery didn’t happen for some unknown reason. I went to pick up the order, called up one arrival and waited 70 minutes before receiving my order. Yes 70 minutes! The first cart that came out were the items that I expected and PAID to be delivered. I told her that is not what I came to pick up as it would not fit in my car which is the whole reason I needed it dropped off in the first place. They finally came out with my order but the associate was able to verify that the “driver declined my order” pertaining to the missed delivery the day before. Again the response was “I’m not sure why.” So here I am hoping that third times a charm and my remaining order arrived tomorrow. I have never experienced such a headache!

Please SANITIZE in between EACH customer in the self-checkout lane. Everything is touch screen and there are a lot of customers going in and out of the store. There were no wipes for customers to have the option of doing it themselves. There is an attendant that should be wiping everything down in between each customer. Please fix ASAP to prevent further spread of the virus.

Home Depot is very lucky to have Madeline part of the team. She has truly went above and beyond more times than I can count.

Do not expect much customer service. Great if you know what you need and where it is located but lacking in willingness of associates to answer questions and assist you.

Customer Service was really good this trip, and would recommend people to go. However, the tool I purchased as new, turned out to be a refurbished return. Tool works well, but felt cheated when I came into buy a new product and wind up with a used product

Great home improvement store

Very clean, a lot of people to help if needed. Service is fast! Shelves are stocked and they have a good amount of variations in prices between brands which helps when buying tools. Checking out on Friday-Sunday can take some time but that is to be expected since a lot of people shop during those times.

I just want to say how MUCH I appreciate and care about Rosie from the Pro Desk. We get along like Brother & Sister. She has made my home building project a real pleasure with all her help & ideas. She is also so positive & upbuilding. I can't recommend her enough & I will literally wait to go to this depot if I know she isn't going to be working.
