Interacted with at least 5 employees and all were friendly and helpful. These were return clerk, cashier, floor employee to help me locate product, another that looked up a second product and at least two others that greeted me as traveled the store.

Wonderful Service today

I have purchased several items over the past month from both the On-line Service and in person. All the times of purchase, I received good customer service and easy navigation of the online application. If I had to return anything, I was treated very well and promptly all without any sort of judgement facial displays...only bright smiles.

Denise was very helpful she clairified something to me in Spanish which was extremely helpful and kind of her :)

Went to this store and eventhough the signs on the doors said mask were mandatory according to state laws many employees and customers were not wearing mask and no efforts were made by employees to correct situation.

I met really cool and friendly people today that helped me a lot. Their names were Fred, Francis, Brady, and Daniil. Helped me choose the right product and exceeded my expectations in customer service!

I bought a Genie Garage door opener about a month ago. I'm so impressed how quiet it is, and the extra features, like being able to lock it with the flip of a switch, or using a remote or outside terminal. I bought my house 16 years ago, and it had a Genie garage door opener, I don't know how old it was then but it had to be at least 20years old. out side terminal.

The store was clean and products are easy to find.

The sales rep in flooring(Steve W) is very kind and professional. He did not make us feel like we didn’t know anything. He walked us thru the whole process. Answered all our questions. Made sure we had everything we needed.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS STOCKED WITH KNOWLEDGABLE AND FREINDLY, AND HELPFULL EMPLOYEES, WHICH IS BIG THESE DAYS!

The people here are rude … they don’t greet you or help you or ask if you need anything … when I walk around they’re a lot of them are having their own conversations instead of helping customers … then when you get help they act like their inconveniencing them … the cashiers have Attiitude and act like we’re bothering … rudest service in Federal Way. WA … avoid if you must

Great customer service! I purchased a new refrigerator, and the day after it was delivered I noticed it had gone on sale. Went back to the store and they cheerfully refunded the difference. No hassles. That is just good business sense.

Unfortunately you will get two different responses between placing an order with the Pro Desk versus purchasing in store. Had to request a manager to pick up wall blocks same day versus the Pro Desk stating it would take 2 days to pick up. That is after they hung up on my 4 times. Very frustrating working with the Pro Desk. Would have thought they would give more accurate information. Glad I questioned them with the appropriate manager!

This store has the worst customer service of any Home Depot I have ever shopped at!

I think this is a well stocked store, friendly employees. The only drawback is the traffic.

Recommend this store? Yes, but when the bar isn't high by other stores in the area, you get what you get. I like Home Depot over the equivalent competitors but when I was shopping today, the MASK mandate on the door was ignored by at least 50% of the 20 plus customers that I saw in the 40 minutes that I was shopping. Also, if you're looking for random assistance by an employee, you may not find it here. I was shopping in at least 8 isles from one end of the store to the other and walked by at least 6 employees that weren't busy with customers, NONE of which offered assistance or greated me in any way. Friendly and Helpful? NOT TODAY!

We consistently get good service from this location. Drew at the return desk made it easy to replace a part on a new pressure washer that broken. We didn't even have to haul the entire machine back to do it.

The gentleman in Home and Garden at Federal Way was wonderful to me and my wife I'm currently unemployed and we needed a high pressure washer from Ryobi and we really couldn't afford it he was basically not pushing us to buy it at all he told me in the wife could go home think about it come back when you can afford it we got our stimulus check sometime during the night we called and checked on it turned around after we got it got out of the car went back in and purchased a $373 power washer that we needed for our home Dennis was wonderful

Having recently moved from out of state your Federal Way store was my first Home Depot shopping experience which I found extremely favorable because of the generous & personable personality of two people I came in contact with ...young man in lighting Dept & cashier in garden area during late morning of 03/17/2021. They represented Home Depot extremely well. Kudos for hiring these two! Store was well stocked, very clean & orderly, well stocked especially the item I was looking for. Well done!

The store is clean and they do have the products but they are short staff and hard to get support you may need. be ready to spend over an hour to get help.
