We would like to thank Roy Ty Manager of Federal Way branch for helping us with our washer and dryer. He is very professional, genuine and knowledgeable.

James, with the 25 year patch, was phenomenal. Great customer service, knowledgeable, efficient, & very willing to take on work. If we hadn't ended up with him, I think it would be a long time before Home Depot would get our business again. One employee by doors & flooring sent us to Pro Services. There, Patricia tried her best to send us away, saying we needed to come back when the right person was there to assist, but couldn't say when that would be. We then went to Customer Service, where they called James. He was wonderful, & a great representative of how employees should act. They're lucky to have him!

Gabe went above and beyond to located the product I needed. Not too many employees these days will do that.

Gabriel Roblin, Assistant Manager, is amazing! He went over, above and beyond to help me find every item on my list during my recent visit.

Tracy from appliance department is very helpful, genuine, efficient and effective. He helped us in deciding which brand of washer and dryer we will get. He suggested some brands and gave us the pro’s and con’s. Thank you so much Tracy!

Customer service has reached an all time low with the this place. The manager encouraged me to shop at another store when confronted with not being provide any customer service for large purchases and that i should cut up the card.

I definitely would recommend the Federal Way store to shop in. The employees tend to be pleasant and knowledgeable at what they do, which helps me a lot. The reason I gave a 4-star instead of 5-star is that on several occasions it has been a challenge to find a staff member without walking and waiting extended periods of time...but when I do it usually is a pleasant experience after that!

Lisa Gonner the design consultant went to great lengths to insure that we were able to procure the cabinets that we needed even though her shift had ended .

I typically do not shop at Home Depot because of their lack of customer service, however, I did shop there last night. The employees were very pleasant and extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for. The lady in the tool department was very knowledgeable as to whether or not they had some particular tools that I was looking for. A nice change from prior experiences.

Very nice overall, I didn't buy any paint today but there was a young lady named America in the paint aisle that helped me find various things, very helpful! Nice name

I approached an employee in the Paint Section who was conversing with another co-worker to ask for help with a Christmas Project. I was unfamiliar with the types of spray paints which is why I asked for help to learn if I needed glue or paint. I was told I should Google it and look it up to figure it out on my own (not a problem) or I should look for the glitter paint at a "strip club from someone named Candy" (problem). Not okay to be responding to ANY customer in this fashion, let alone females.

The employees at the Federal Way location where absolutely amazing. Especially the assistant manager Gabriel R. As I was about to pay for my equipment I realized I had left my wallet and keys inside of my locked Jeep. Gabriel went above and beyond all expectations! He allowed me to use the tools necessary to unbolt my Jeeps door. Retrieve my keys, Wallet and go inside and pay for my equipment and tools used. Not only did he save my shopping experience, he saved my day! I highly recommend this store to everyone!!!!

I could find most products I needed. They are kind, trying to help the customers.

Great staff in every department, including the garden store, the returns lane, and the order pick-up lane! Wonderful product inventory, ample parking, clean store, and sound prices!

Home Depot in Everett is very clean and the cashiers are very nice and willing to help me .

Overall most employees at the store were pretty friendly but Ashely in Customer Service is pretty Awesome, always friendly and smiling. She remembered my deck I was working on & asked to see the finished product. Great Customer Service

Usually, the plumbing dept are not only friendly, but knowledgeable. Not so in the electrical or general construction materials, but I don't need much help there anyway.

My sales cashier Lucas was very helpful and he should get a raise

I was helped by Gabe who led me to the area I needed for what I came to buy. He was pleasant and helpful.
