Love this store how they have a big appliance section.

Overall, very pleased with the store.

Great store, huge selection of everything from doors to appliances to tools. Employees were very helpful and volunteered information.

Convenient location and friendly staff.

Its a constant problem with this store, there are never any employees to help with loading of materials. Other locations are much more reliable. Even if you ask the cashier to call for help, no one ever shows up.

I met with Diane, in Appliances, and she talked to me like I mattered. We discussed refrigerators and washers/dryers and I purchased from Home Depot because I got the best service from Diane.

The store is well organized and generally very clean. Customer service is friendly and efficient. I would suggest that Home Depot choose to support our war veterans as well.

Friendly employees and priced very competitively.

The employees helping us was great. It was trying to access other stores for service. Every time I visited HD in Falls Church I was met with pleasant experiences. As a result, products were purchased with their help. It isn't the staff. It is HD failure to service people via telephone.

The store was outstanding, it always had what i was looking for. The service also went above and beyond all my expectations. The 2 people that made my visit worthwhile are Taye and Oswaldo.

My appliance delivery was rescheduled with no notice to me. Took time off to be home only to find out my dishwasher would not be delivered for 6 more days. No one picks up phone at store or at delivery hotline. Appliance dept staff were NOT very friendly and understaffed (probably why they are unfriendly). Cannot recommend Home Depot for appliances.

This is a huge store. I don't do many home improvement projects, but when I do I almost always find what I am looking for. So many options. Employees are very helpful. Everyone seems to know the layout of the store and can tell you exactly which aisle to go to in order to find what you're looking for. I have also found the employees are extremely accommodating in helping me cut wood or metal to the exact size I need. The folks in the paint department are very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the color paint you want. At holiday time they have a great selection of Christmas/holiday decorations. In the summer, they have a well-stocked garden shop. I definitely recommend this store.

Very nice employees that are very knowledgeable about almost everything in their store. Impressive how well they know where everything is. They went the extra mile for me much appreciated

Good customer service

The store was well stocked, organized, clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Before you start your paint project you need to chat with Elizabeth and/or Mel in paint. They can help you maximize your efforts whatever your budget. They know Paint and Stain. Elizabeth is also very knowledgeable on locks! In Millwork - Michael is the one to work with! After a major improvement project and over 20 visits to the Falls Church Home Depot, I strongly recommend chatting with Elizabeth, Mel, and Michael especially when you are looking at purchasing paint, locks, doors, and/or other items from millwork.

This store is always stocked with the items I need, has some of the most helpful and friendliest HD staff I've encountered, and is always easy to navigate. For a tight location it also has a sizable nursery, which is very important as I am a landscape contractor.

Over all store is good shopping place.

Great deals on mulch and plants, especially around holidays.

Kellie was excellent from the design team, making sure I got everything I needed! Mark helped with the measurements for my tile and helped hand select with me. Andi was awesome for bringing everything to my car and even moving around my junk. Thank you guys!
