I had excellent service from Safia. She was knowledgeable and HELPFUL. I recommend seeking her out for help with keys/locks/door hardware etc. Best service ever from a big box hardware store!

I drove from Dumfries VA to purchase three Mr. Heaters for your store and Mr. Adam was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I witnessed Mr. Adam conducting a meeting/briefing with the staff and their interaction was professional and respectful.

The managers and staff in the customer service department went he extra mile to resolve an issue I had wit a defective product under warranty. Great professionalism and creative customer-friendly solution provided.

Always bad service, the plumbing guys and the hardware guys always greet you with a bad attitude, which makes them feel that they are gods, because you do not know something.

Tim was very helpful, very friendly and very patient and knowledgeable about the product I needed to purchase. Cashier Huong, on the other hand has no customer service skills. She is not friendly or helpful. She doesn’t greet you, doesn’t smile, doesn’t wish you a good day…just ignores you, doesn’t announce how much your purchase is, doesn’t say hello or good bye. Very awful experience with her. I hope I never get her again.

i was very pleased to see the great selection of plants available. The prices were reasonable and the different plants available was welcome after visiting a local nearby nursery. I brough my purchases to check out, was surprised Apple pay was not available but I did have my wallet with me and was able to complete the transaction using my credit card.

Terrible housekeeping. Aisles are blocked by merchandise, unused forklifts, and unused moveable stairs. Have to make numerous detours with a shopping cart in order to get to desired merchandise. Trash and empty pallets just lay around. Parking lot is a mess and difficult to get around. No supervision. No effort to maintain some sense of order. Just do everything possible to block the customer from getting to the merchandise he/she wants to purchase. Odd way to run a store.

Order fulfillment and delivery is pathetic.

This store is horrible. They do not have adequate staff on site to help customers. I desperately need a storm door. Waited for nearly an hour to find an employee able to assist - no luck. Tried to buy a ceiling fan. Had a representative paged several times - no one ever came. Store is poorly stocked and disorganized. I've given up on this location.

If it were possible to review lower than a 1 star rating, I would... I ordered $2,000 or more worth of flooring material from this specific store and was given verbal promises that were not fulfilled and when I raised my concern to leadership, wasn't shown empathy or sympathy for the situation I was forced into. They offered a refund that was nowhere near ample compensation to satisfy the time and frustration this store caused. Mark from flooring seemed to want to tell you anything in order to make a sale and get your business and was the primary reason I am dissatisfied with my experience. Jeff from flooring was completely oblivious and unaware of what was going on and took almost 2 hours to get any leadership assistance. Adam the Assistant Store Manager was not empathetic toward the situation nor on how to resolve the issue or compensate for my time and frustration.

This Home Depot has plenty of parking, easy to get in and out of. The people are nice and helpful. I have only had good luck shopping here. They always seem to have what I need it stock.

Thankfully the store had lots of product but the employees are RUDE! The Cashier wanted us to hurry up because it is Ramadan and he wanted to go eat. The price was wrong and he would NOT help find the correct item or price. He would NOT call a manager even though I asked to speak to one. Most other employees were too busy standing around talking to each other, which is something I have experienced several times as I visit this store. It's always hard to find a helpful employee at this store. I have continued to shop here because it is so close to my home but after this last visit, I will not be back. I hope the store owner and manager fix their employee's attitudes. POOR MANAGEMENT AND RUDE STAFF!

The "customer service" people at this store are awful.

We drive the extra few miles to come to this specific Home Depot. They always have helpful people working the wood cutting section, which is awesome. Taye is especially helpful!

Big, clean and with friendly staff. Usually well stocked. Parking is limited, though.

I am familiar with this store; it is the one most convenient to my house. Therefore, I like to shop there. I can often find what I need there. Sometimes the staff is helpful.

I am from Ohio but I am in the area for travel purposes. When I entered the store for an umbrella I asked a gentleman by the name of Taye where I would locate them. Not only did he tell me where to find them, but he dropped everything to assist me along the way. He even held a pleasant conversation with me as we walked across the entire store. When we found the umbrellas he searched through them to make sure I did not purchase a faulty one and walked with me to the checkout line. Taye deserves credit where credit is due. Taye made my shopping experience one that I will not forget and has improved my opinion of The Home Depot as a whole. If all of your employees are like Taye then I feel that this Home Depot will thrive!

Terrible service in the ceiling fan department. Unfriendly. Most unhelpful.

If you need an appliance, ask for Virginia. Asking for her help is the best decision you'll ever make.

Very poor customer service and coordination overall

Store is fine, and I found several helpful employees, in keeping with HD’s business ethos. However, the problem was the fat angry old white guy (and I’m speaking as a non-angry or fat old white guy) in the paint dept. at 12:15pm on Tues 23 march. Very rude and belligerent. Refused to heave (a shamble or shuffle would have sufficed if that was all that was within his ability) his considerable frame from behind his precious paint counter to help me locate shoe covers. He preferred to bark, then turn his back and waddle away, mumbling something (probably about stupid, blind customers—fitting since i have poor vision in both eyes and didn’t have my glasses). HD—you can do much better. I will buy my paint elsewhere.

I fined looking for items.

My online order was available a few hours after I placed it. I picked it up the next day Feb 28 2021. The employees involved were great -- the order was very carefully tied up for easier loading onto my vehicle and everything I ordered was clean and in perfect shape. The price was also very reasonable.

This is a great store !!! I found the product I was looking for easily. Assistance was not necessary. The store was very clean !!! All of the Home Depot associates were friendly and helpful !!!

Diane Hunter, appliance specialist, was an amazing person to work with! She made selecting and purchasing a new fridge smooth and stress free. She had a ton of knowledge on the products and I am beyond thankful for all the time and consideration she took into making sure I was 100% happy. She walked me through the process step by step in great detail. 10/10 would recommend purchasing appliances from her!

Good customer service.

The staff was not helpful, the products were not in stock even though the their website said otherwise. I went into great detail about this, however Home Depot rejected my review. I needed the products I came to purchase, but what I got was a political lecture that I did not start or engage?!!?

Busy but efficient. No long lines, items were in stock. Plentiful hand sanitizer available. Cashiers (and customers) protected behind a plastic barrier.

Taye was able to quickly assist with selecting and cutting some plywood for me. He offered assistance without my even having to ask first. Great service.
