Store is dirty. Most employees are helpful, others avoid you all together or give bogus info. I came in for a toolbox. It took 45 minutes and 8 different employees to find it. Thank you to Rita for finding it. ProDesk was dismissive and seemed bothered by a customer asking a question.

The store is a mess and the employees have no idea what they're talking about or where anything is. The checkout process is chaotic and no one knows what is going on. Best to choose a different home improvement store, or a different HD location.

i love the store it is one of the best hardware stores anywhere,you have almost everything anyone would need and the prices are very reasonable ,i will be back

The store is a bad example of an urban store, dirty and crowded. I generally go the extra mile or two to a suburban store like Merrifield or Fairfax when I need help or just don't want to see all the dirt and litter in the parking garage, etc.

The store does not offer good customer service wait almost 1 hour for help and no one came to help me...

The store assistant cut our lumber just as we asked. He suggested to purchase cull lumber for our project which saved us some money

The Falls Church store is my Go To store because I can usually find everything I need (t good prices) which sometimes is sometimes an urgent item. You had ALMOST everything I needed except for the spray bottles of Incide, which altho listed in quantity at your Falls Church store -- on your website - were not in stock. The other items I needed were there -- except for the small cans of Rustoleum -- so I had to go to a local variety store to find exactly what I needed, and yes they DID have exactly what I needed. PS- store employees-- please realize that face masks usually require louder voice when you're talking to the customer -- please do not yell angrily when a customer asks you to repeat something. However, MOST of the employees there however are pleasant and very helpful.

i find Everything i needed there

This is a one stop shop for all your home improvement needs. As a handyman I do most of my jobs myself but I rely on staff at Home Depot to help guide me on my projects. They are always helpful and have all the supplies and tools I need to complete any job. This store if very clean and well organized.

I can't believe my visit today. An employee stopped what he was doing to help me find the exact screws I needed. Another employee offered to make me a sample custom paint. The cashier pulled me out of a line to take me right away. Very pleased with today's visit. The stars were aligned!

They have so many various products with enough stock.

You folks are doing GREAT in this Covid Pandemic - and you usually have EVERYTHING I need when I walk in. Aisles are clean and uncluttered excet for the shower curtain accessories area- - it's small and aisle is narrow and not easy to find things there-- other than that you are A-OK

Overall, good hardware store. Has a good variety of different items but not many options of the same item at the same price point. (IE You can usually only find one power washer at $200 and one at $300 for example not two different brands at the same price point.) The selection in the garden section is pretty good and the plants are generally very good quality. It's sometimes hard to find someone to help you but once you do they are usually very friendly and helpful. I have though been sent on a wild goose chase before trying to hunt something down that apparently only 1 of 3 sales associates knew where to find. It's hard to understand the layout of the store. I think they have an app you can use which would save a lot of time. The check out time is reasonable - very quick if you do self checkout.

I LOVE THIS STORE LOCATION! PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! HOME DEPOT IS MY FAVORITE STORE ESPECIALLY THE SEVEN CORNER, VA LOCATION! I CAN BROWSE HERE FOR HOURS!

Its a beautifully kept, clean store with a good variety of products. We are typically able to find most of the home improvement stuff here, could do better on the plumbing matetrials but it could have been my one off experience. The customer service in the home appliances section & the cabinets section can be better with more willingness to assist customers and more product knowledge... but overall it a good expeirence to shop at this location.

The store was neatly organized making it easy to find the things I was looking for. The associate and the cashier who gave me assistance was polite, and presented himself professionally and provided good customer service.

Inventory is sometimes lacking but the employees are helpful, though difficult to locate at times.

Told to wait for 30 minutes for an associate that never showed. Poorly organized store. Where is the grout? Why are bulbs with cleaning supplies? When I turned my back, someone stole my cart and dumped my stuff on the floor. Worst waste of 2 hours this week.

Come to this store and LOOK for the customer associate Robyn! She is a smiling angel ready to help you find ANYTHING!

Store usually well stocked with competent and friendly employees. Assistant Manager Ian gave me great customer service with an issue I had with my Home Depot credit card. I have two other Home Depots closer but go to this one for more important purchases such as special order doors/windows. Store also carries better variety than most.

Home Depot at Seven Corners was clean and well stocked. I found hay for my garden and helpful people to help me.

GREAT Customer service!!! The store was clean and social distancing was in place -- this was the 3rd or 4th time I've shopped here in the past 2 weeks. AND......Thank you young man with the blond hair (2:41pm July 14) and Alejandra - both of whom helped me out of a dilemma.

Employees doing their best to keep the store clean and to maintain distance -- All were wearing masks -- all were very helpful and interactive -- the selection of items was, as usual, varied, name-brands, inexpensive and well-ordered. I've been shopping here for about 25 years and almost always find what I want. You DO need more aisle space in the power tools area -- I'm a skinny small person and still am crowded in that area.
