Very friendly people that go out there way to help thank you

I recently went to another big store looking for a glass cutter. I wasted a lot of time trying to find it because the app would not give me the location. I ended up leaving the store and going to Home Depot. The app gave me the exact location right away and I wasted no time. Thank you Home Depot, I love you guys.

Perfect to shop around for home.

Employees are in general very helpful and you feel at home. Always talk to the manager if there is a problem and return counter cashiers neither have the authority nor comprehensive understanding of the business transactions. I had been a customer of this store over twenty years. A nice place to do business. Except at odd hours, help is always available. The store is well maintained and clean and I have not met any associate who refused to help. Even if they finished work they find some one to help you with.

Thank you for all your help lupe, you saved my company money and went above and beyound to get my product out of your overheads in a timely manner. And found someone to help me load my merchandise.

The loaders Kevin and Brian were very helpful, however the rental place of the trucks give out unsafe trucks. Bad brakes, oil changed required light on constantly and tire pressure was low, they only seemed to care to make sure that i topped off the gas, and check for dents or scratches. Offered no discount or refund my money for a truck i could of been killed in, because of the unsafe conditions

The prices are fair and the employees are friendly! It puts me at ease knowing my questions can be answered by knowledgeable employees!

My visit went very well today as usual and Thank You Jim and Lupe for helping me quickly and I will continue to make my purchases at this home depot.

These guys are my neighborhood store and are usually very helpful.

If you can get Tom, ask for him! He helped me go from having no idea what I was looking for to knowing exactly what needed to be done in order to safely mount my TV. He didn't talk down to me or assume I didn't know anything and was receptive to my 1,000 questions. He spent time digging through a disorganized assortment of loose bolts to find exactly the ones he thought I would need in order to get it to mount safely, even though the mount came with some cheap hardware. I found the products I was looking for easily with his help. I was able to get assistance, but I had to ask for it, because a couple of other employees just said "good morning" but didn't offer any help. The store was clean and the associates were friendly and helpful.

This store is always my go to Store! Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. They also know where everything is located in their store. Which always saves me time when I'm in a rush. The store is also always very clean.

This store is the most wonderful store I have shopped in. I have shopped in a lot of store through out DFW. Love this store. Genesis, Linda and Lupe are always sweet and kind with me, I also don't want to forget Stacey in hardware she is so patient. Love these ladies!

The Euless Home Depot is full of helpful and cheerful employees. We are remodeling our home and have purchased so many of the items we need at this store. We purchased kitchen and bathroom hardware. A new graphic sink - which I love. We also purchased a toilet (it was a great price). We purchased a new hot water heater and the employee who installed it was very friendly and took his time to explain a lot about hot waters heater to me and I really appreciated that. We are very pleased with everything we purchased. We visit the store often

People are so awesome and helpful !!!

Store personnel are always willing to answer questions and personally talk me through a project or problem .

Tony in the door department was fantastic. Knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was about to buy a door that I realize now would have been a mistake. He showed us things we hadn't considered and we are very happy now!

I go here often and have great results. Not a fan of employees working in the heat in home and garden though. (or the extreme winter)

Cashiers near pro desk are always so friendly. Lisa is alway so helpful and Tabitha is always so friendly

If you are a contractor and need help and a smile go to Pro Source desk and ask for Lupe or Linda. Very helpful (wanting to help their customers) and very enjoyable attitudes!!

This is my go to store for supplies. The employees are friendly and helpful and the product selection is good. I also appreciate that Home Depot offers a veteran's discount.

I just had the best appliance-purchasing experience ever thanks to the marvelous gentleman, Bob Noote, working in appliances tonight. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget with no pressure. I will return!

Employees are unprofessional, do not have knowledge to assist customers. Lines are long, cashiers are rude.

Cashier Lexxus had a beautiful smile with great customer service that just made my day even better.
