I had Velma and Emily help me and inform me of perk I could receive and it really helped me save money and i truly appreciate that. Great attitudes and very friendly service which is hard to find these days.

I have never been in a Home Depot as pleasant as this store. The employees are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was able to purchase items not in stock at Home Depot’s closer to home. Everyone knew the products well, gave me good advice and seemed to truly appreciate my business. This store is truly a pleasurable place to shop. It’s like the Neiman Marcus of home supply stores.

We are overhauling our house and it is good to have a Home Depot nearby. Your employees are always helpful and friendly

We talked and worked with 6 employees and all were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Everything went very well, from the telephone appointment setup, to the Installation. Great one day service at a decent price.

Every time I come here, the employees are so kind and helpful. Especially the cashiers Raquel and Emily. They go above and beyond. I will travel out of my way to go to this location just because the service is unbeatable.

I purchased a refrigerator in store. After recruiting help to unload the refrigerator, the box was opened to discover it was severely damaged. I called the store for support and they refused to pick up and exchange. Expected me to return it on my own. If I ordered online and had delivered they'd take retrieve and refund, but buying in store they expect you to find help to load and return a heavy object yourself. I'd avoid buying in store at all costs, especially store #537 in Euless, TX who will not offer any support.

Bonnie has great customer service and was very good to my baby girl. Bonnie helped her stop crying and made her laugh. I give Bonnie 5 stars. Give that woman a raise!

I should have the door in a few weeks. I needed a high quality plain exterior door with a karate window and doggy door. Dave was able to build exactly what I needed. Excited to have it come and installed!

I needed a replacement filter for my shower head..apparently about to be discontinued. Joe in plumbing and Bonnie at the service desk came to the rescue and worked patiently till one was found. Bonnie even drove to another store to pick it up and called me the next day to let me know I could come pick it up!!!!! Amazing is an understatement!!!!

most recent purchases in the last 4 weeks: washer & dryer, firepit, plants and gardening stuff and most recent holiday decor. the service during each visit was by far a better experience than at the competitor store that is closer to us.

Bobby in plumbing was very helpful. Most places plumbing employees dodge having to deal with customers. Bobby made my trip faster and easier than what I had in mind. You'll really have something if you can duplicate him in other areas.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY BEVERLY AND SHORT ASIAN LADY WITH SHORT BLACK HAIR STANDING NEXT TO HER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. SEE CAMERA RECORDING ON 8/31/22 BETWEEN 12:15PM TO 12:25PM CST. THEY BOTH NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO GREET CUSTOMERS AND LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS CAREFULLY RATHER THAN TALKING OVER THEM. SHAME ON HOME DEPOT FOR HAVING THESE KIND OF EMPLOYEES. I ALSO RUN A BUSINESS I WOULD NEVER HIRE THOSE 2 LADIES-I WOULD HAVE FIRE THEM BY NOW. MANAGER CAN CALL ME AND I CAN FIND YOU REPLACEMENT

Just brought the microwave and started using it. So far no complaints.

Purchased a patio set, after waiting about 20 minutes I was assured they had the item , was told it came in 2 boxes to make sure when picked up I received both, paid ahead and told them I would be back to pick up a couple of hours later. When we show up to pick up the item we were told THEY DIDNT HAVE ONE that they could give me the display, that’s ridiculous the customer service from the cashier was horrible she was rude she said that they had one but that it was for someone else that had order it!!! When told we wanted to speak to a manager she said well just call the store.

Del Nida in flooring and Brenda in paint were so much fun to work with! They helped answer all my questions and offered tips to help me create the space I desire!

As the sweet cashier, Pamela rang me up she explained how to properly maintain both plants. She was knowledgeable, kind, and put a smile on my face.

Brenda in the paint department knows how to mix paint better than anyone! She is very nice as well! Brenda should be the face of Home Depot!

Had two employees Richard (Garden Department) and his supervisor Noke load 24"x24" pavers into my vehicle. They did it happily and had great attitudes while doing it, making me feel like they cared about their jobs and making my pickup of the pavers a smooth and nice experience.

Very excellent customer service experience and orgnaizd for finding stuff very eazy.

I bought a 4” trench and Tika was very attentive he went to help me right away and informed me about the card and help me sign up for one

I was very pleased with the cashier and with Carlos, who loaded 10 heavy bags of mulch into the trunk of my car. With a smile, and while being professional and making sure his count was accurate.
