It’s a shame that a supervisor would laugh at veterans for asking for for the military discount even on sale items. A simple ‘no’ would suffice but replying with a sarcastic laugh and accusing of ‘double dipping’ is very offensive. Because of people like us, that are willing to put our lives on the line, people like her can live a free life.

I have shopped at the Euless Home Depot ever since they opened and generally spend approx 1000.00 to 1500.00 per year, sometimes more. In the past three years I have bought a fridge, washer/dryer, complete fence around my yard, paint sprayer, untold gallons of paint, and many, many smaller items. I have yet been unable to find what I needed at the Euless store I have a Home Depot credit card but usually pay cash or use a CC with a lower rate

I'm a woman welling to fix things around the house and yard only with the help of your professional, knowledgeable and patient associates. The store is organized and easy to find items. I rate the associate 10 .

Employees help the customer swiftly and honestly. Employees are available when needed and stop what they are doing to help customers. Great store for anyone, men and women get the service fast and thank you for your business!

The store layout is easy to find things. Employees are polite.

They always have what I need and their employees always know where things are and are friendly and helpful. The self checkout is always available and is super easy to use, even with unusual items. There is no need for me to even consider another outlet.

Jaegger delivered excellent customer service. I will return to this location with the hopes of receiving the same treatment because it really felt nice not to feel like I was bugging the sales associate. Thanks Jaegger! good job

The associates were friendly and helpful. They help me to find the what I was looking for and customer service were patient with me.

I needed help finding parts for an AC drain and Jeff Green took me Right to the location but then went above and beyond to make sure I had every piece I needed to rebuild the drain. Thank you Jeff. It made a stressful situation a lot easier. And I was able to get gone and fix the drain and have AC!!!

Brenda in the paint department was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the paint that was no longer being continued by Behr and was able to get the paint I needed. I definitely appreciated her kindness and assistance.

Jakob in the paint department was awesome. Knowledgable, friendly, helpful and knew enough about other departments to help with that too. Really made our day.

This store is average or below average. No one goes out of their way to make sure customers have an exceptional experience. It just exists; it's there and they sell stuff, that's it.

I only write reviews when I feel that everyone should know where to go to get great services. There were 3 staff members that I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I just got the cashier's name ARLENE, who happens to be very sweet. Then the gentleman who helped me figure out which AC would be best for my home. And then the young gentlemen who helped me load my AC to my small Corolla! Thank you!

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS HOME DEPOT SINCE 2001. I FEEL EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE WITH EVERYTHING HERE. AWESOME PLACE TO GO!

The store was very clean and very easy to get in and out of compared to some others.

Mr Chase was very helpful and the product I was looking for was out, so he ordered it and let me know the day to come pick them up. Exceptional Customer Service from Mr Chase.

I needed help in the tool rental section and they were very helpful. One employee suggested I take a look at a product to buy and he left his department and walked me over and she me where I could buy the tools. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I love the online order/pick-up service. My husband finds the perfect product and I go pick it up. Never again will I come home with the "wrong item". :)

Renee in appliances is excellent with countertops, basins, faucets, etc. She was patient and courteous and her experience was invaluable.

On this visit which was time sensitive the overall service was non existent. I had questions but I guess 6p-7p was employee social hour. They were gathered talking to each other at the register. I had to stop them and ask if I could check out. I will use this store again because it is closest to my home. Thank goodness for Google where my questions were answered.
