We had to exchange something, and there was complications with a promotional discount, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. These are the kind of things that restore my faith in brick and mortar retail. You can't get this kind of service online!

Go somewhere else. There are better Home Depot’s elsewhere

For 38 years I have shopped at the Euless Home Depot. I have seen staff turn over thru these years. But the vision and mission has been steadfast: always help the customer find what they are looking for, and always have it in stock, at the best price.

Came here right after making an online order for pick up. I knew it was a bit early but I've needed to get a project done. They were sure to get it done quickly for me.

I was in and out in no time the gril that help me in fence was nice and helpful and the cashier KYRA was great

Home Depot impressed with friendly staff and efficient service in the returns department.

Shelves were fully stocked by friendly employees who know what they're doing and helped us get in and out in a hurry. Will at the Customer Service desk waved us over to be checked out making sure we found everything we were looking for. Great to see employees who value customers with a great attitude. It's not as common as it used to be and my wife and I appreciate his willingness to help.

Regardless when I go, what department I go to, or who waits on me, the leadership team in this store does an effective job selecting and training employees on outstanding customer service.

WILLIAM AND SARA WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST ME. ON ONE VISIT WILLIAM PLACED MY WALKER AT THE SERVICE DESK WHILE I SHOPPED WITH A CART. ON A LATER VISIT SARA GOT AN ELECTRIC CART FOR ME AND, UPON COMPLETING MY SHOPPING FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR TO UNLOAD THE CART AND RETURN IT TO THE STORE. I APPRECIATED THEIR YOUTHFUL ENTHUSIASM.

I went for a tool bundle I saw online, when they informed me they didnt have it in stock they offered to discount me a more expensive one so I ended up paying about the same and recieved more tools! I will definitely be coming back!

Seriously, the only way Bob in appliance could’ve been more helpful would be for him to come over and wash and fold my laundry coming out of the new washer and dryer I purchased. He is thorough, professional, and kind. I absolutely appreciate all of his help with my purchases.
