Employees were easy to find, PLEASANT, and helpful! Our cashier had to call for pricing and called the wrong department but the gentlemen was kind and helped us anyway! What a nice surprise!

Understaffed in many area's and have to hunt someone down for assistance. Most employees do not acknowledge customers. May of them seem to busy trying to stock shelves. They are not moving employees from one section of the store to another section where the employee doesn't know the products, just so the corporation can save a few bucks. The store is going down like the Titanic.

People are like stained - glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within. Excellent Customer Service

The #3852 Euclid Store is very near our home, so we find it very convenient to go to for many things. The store is clean and the people are friendly, which is a big help to us, because we are old - 88 and 90 years old! The delivery people are also very nice and know what they are doing. Example: storm, door, refrigerator, grass seed, etc. We are very glad you are there!

This store might have advertised items they may Not!!! Website Will say not available within 100 miles...You have options .Yes .at 80.00 delivered! Home depot should deliver to their Store...Free ! Employees are knowledgeable When you get ones attention. Very friendly, but so are other Home Depots. NOT enough employees! At this one.

I never have a problem. I just moved into my first single family home. I am no accustomed to completing projects and I am Lee’s than savy when it comes to home improvement projects. The store employees have given me all kinds of knowledge, including the fact that they have classes on different varieties of classes. Excellent customer service.

This is the only Home Depot I use because the staff are always friendly and helpful so that I can find the things I need, I am not a home improvement professional, so I usually need direction. I have also used this store twice for carpeting, linoleum and purchased many home improvement items from them. Great store.

I am not too familiar with other Home Depot stores. This one is close to home for me. I love browsing around and getting ideas. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and informative. When I do have something I need I am never disappointed.
