Extremely helpful staff from the beginning to the end. One employee Vell went above and beyond to help me. She was polite and kind.

We went to this Home Depot after calling to confirm mulch was on sale for $2.66/bag. We confirmed it was and drove up there. We were advised it was $3.33 a bag and couldn't honor the $2.66 price. We bought it anyways as i didnt want to take my mom from store to store as she just had a knee replacement. The associates were friendly but I'd think someone would honor a price they provided on the phone within an hour of going to the store. I easily spend thousands at HD annually; I may look to take my business elsewhere as I'm in customer service and promote honesty and integrity. I hope they make this right.

Great place Wonderful people

The cashier in the garden section Reaseeda (sorry for misspell) was very rude and not helpful. A certain brand of soil was labeled $5.00. It wrung as $7. I told her about it and she only was rude. She MADE me go back and take a picture of it, instead of coming herself (it was very close to the register.) I showed her the picture and took my phone from me to look at it. She then still refused to change the price. She said the sale was over, but this wasn't a sale tag. The tag was normal and said 08/18/19 on it. She also deleted the picture off my phone further messing with my personal property. Any other retail store you go to honors the label. This is ridiculous.

Always friendly and helpful staff. That's what sets them apart from all the other home improvement stores and what keeps me coming back.

This had me in and out under 20 minutes, great service.

I have been a customer at this Home Depot for several years and always leave with the product I was looking for and always have a good visit and good customer service.

This store is always well stocked, neat, and uncluttered. I like the self checkouts, you can process your transaction super fast!

I asked for help and the employee happily took me to the items,she didn't just tell me an aisle number and walk away. All the items I needed were in stock and fairly priced.Great experience today at Home Depot!

I have always shopped at the Home Depot in Euclid Ohio, I'm always able to find everything I'm looking for and the story is always clean and the staff members are always very helpful

I have used Home Depot for many years and have come across good and bad stores. This one is the best of the good stores and I am from out of town on a "mission" to help my daughter with a project. Store spotlessly clean and organized, employees all seemed to enjoy their jobs and every one I came in contact with on multiple visits was eager to help me out. I drive past another Home Depot to go to this one when I have a need.

Everyone I have come into contact with in this store (except for one total AH) has been great. I like shopping at my Home Depot. If I’m there it usually means I’m bettering my most intimate surroundings ..and that brings happiness :-)

Had a great experience while shopping at the Home Depot in Euclid Ohio today! Great sales on grills and clearance merchandise in the Garden Center! Nick, the store manager, helpd me with my plumbing needs, and my cashier, Casey, was outgoing, friendly, and very efficient.... Will definitely be back

The customer service I received today was amazing !! Kudos to all the people who helped me today. Pam was awesome and took me to the exact aisle and Bin where the lag bolts were I needed even taking the time to count them out with me and make sure each bag had the correct qty. Then she walked me to the front where she handed me off to the capable hands of Tim who then helped me with the checkout process including looking up my company's tax exempt status and even went so far as to call my boss for the credit card number. About two weeks ago I went the hardware department and I received excellent customer service from a young lady by the name of Corine. I have vision problems, and it’s difficult for me to see and read small print. She was very patient and knowledgeable of the department and did not stop looking until she found the screws I needed for the stand I’d purchased from another store. I truly appreciate the great customer service I received from the young lady.
