The store was well organized, well stocked, clean and uncluttered. Attractive displays draw interest. Customer Service is always helpful and efficient. Cashiers are fast and courteous, and staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone knows the aisle to direct you to. With very few exceptions, a good shopping experience. I have shopped there for decades.

I like the friendliness of the store, they need to pay more attention to all of their customers and not just the male customers. The representatives all to seem more focused on each other, while the customers coming in do not feel welcome and not thankful for patronizing the store

My husband and I went to home depot to buy 20 bags of mulch...the mulch we wanted was all wrapped up in plastic and we needed someone to cut the plastic so we could get the bags of mulch...someone finally responded to the page...asked him to cut the plastic...said he would go get someone to move the display...while he was gone forever, my husband managed to tear the plastic so we could get to the mulch...thankfully he is also very strong...after loading 12 pages onto carts, two employees arrived...they watched us for a minute and then left...we continued to load our 20 bags and took them to the register and paid...the cashier paged for someone to help load the mulch into our vehicles...no one answered the page...another customer saw us and helped...shame on home depot...you need to hire employees that really want to work not just hold a job...

This store never disappoints.

Nice well lit and stocked store, for the average DIYer don't go on the weekend, then it takes two days to restock. Otherwise, nice place to shop.

I went to this store for articficial green turf carpeting for my patio. No other Home Depot around had it in stock according to their websites. I only need a piece 6 ft. wide x prox. 8 ft. long. The employee in that dept. listened to what I needed and suggested a pre-packaged piece that was exactly 6 ft. x8 ft. which was perfect. Turned out it was cheaper than if I had to have a huge piece cut off the roll and much easier to handle getting into my trunk and on my patio as I am a senior citizen this was super helpful and much appreciated. Additionally the lady that sanitized my cart did a great job and was cheerful and happy to take care of it. Great store for me and I will go back there again.

This was the first time I used the Euclid Home Depot, and I visited it twice. Both times the employees hit a home run for service. I asked for help loading 1400 lbs of concrete block and within 15 minutes it was done. They even helped me load my car. Great !

I have been looking for an reasonably priced Amana Gas Dryer, for a while. I have been reviewing Home Depot Website for a while. Yes, the item was available, but I thought it was electric only. However, when I visited #3852 Euclid Store, the item was on display and I was informed that the item was either electric or gas. I misread the website description and that is one of reason why it toke so long to commit. Kay, Sales Associate was very knowledgeable about the Gas/Electric Dryer, Selling Process to include Delivery, Removal and Set-up. The store was clean, which is always a plus. Kay was friendly, patient and for me, in these trying times, was a pleasant experience.

The employees were nice asking if I needed help walked thur different department everyone seemed in order only some cleaning products were out overall I was satisfied

The store employees are very professional and knowledge. They will take you to the area where the item or items you need. I have not had any employee who was not helpful with assisting me.

Horrible installation experience

Installers were very rude and the job was above their level of ability, overall no professional installers and no option for a professional, when I went for a refund for the installation the cashier questioned me like I was trying to rob home depot

This Home Depot is making a effort to provide quality service to every customer one at a time and for years my Family has been shopping at the Euclid store at 200 st. I am thankful that we have this store in our neighborhood continue to NAIL IT!!!!!

this store has for the most part always done what I needed in the home repair so far the prices was great and I will go there again and again

The store was neat and clean. There was one entrance in and one exit out making it easy to avoid close contact with other shoppers. There was an employee wiping the shopping carts clean to avoid germs spreading. The employees in the store were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Very little cashier assistance, customers are herded into the self checkout area with loud women barking at you

There are many really good associates at this store. However, there are as many, including a few managers that need retraining to provide quality customer service.

I can always find exactly what I'm looking for at this location. Even when I'm not sure of what I need, I can talk to an associate about what I'm trying to achieve and get good advice. Staff at this location are generally very patient, helpful, and courteous. With the exception of occasionally having to wait for specific services, I can usually find what I need and go through checkout relatively fast. This is my "go-to" location for home improvement needs!

A trip to this particular Home Depot usually results in irritation and frustration. From not having the items I need, to rude, less than helpful employees, I often wish that there was a different home improvement store nearby but this is almost across from my house and is convenient.

No floor associates to help, no assistance, only one employee occupied register open, yet 5 self service which I won't use. Store was clean and well stocked especially after the weekend.

I was able to go inside Home Depot get what I came there for and come back out with the item in less than 15 minutes. I didn't need to ask for assistance there was someone who came directly to me and assisted me. The store was organized and clean.

Helpers will go out of the way to assist you in your needs. I mostly visit the Hardware and Tools department and 10 out of 10 get results about in store items. You have a large quantity of items for the home user and contractors whether you need 1 or 1000 pieces. The prices are comparable to others and the location is great. The store was clean and the items neatly shelved. Signage is precise and every associate I've encountered was friendly and willing to help. GREAT STORE!

The store is generally stocked quite well and seldom do I have a problem finding what I am looking for. The employees are always helpful whenever I'm having difficulty finding something. Most are knowledgeable in their departments,however if they don't know the answer they find someone who does. The store is always clean but sometimes some of the aisles have unopened stock in them, which clutters things up a bit. This is very common in most home improvement stores I have visited.

Went right to the section and got the product and checked out.
