Went to get an extension cord,never had an employee ask me if I needed assistance and did a self checkout since only one register was open.

The product I bought is not important. What is important is at a time when we are being told to be patient with understaffing at retail stores and restaurants, it is such a pleasure when we find those individuals that take pride in their jobs and do it well. Tyra is one of those people! My advise to Home Depot, go find Tyra at your Euclid Ohio store and promote her to become a customer service trainer! Do not lose this valuable employee!

The person at self checkout is rude

Cashier's are disrespectful at checkout line.

What I needed was a new toilet handle.I found a chinese made one that worked great with a warranty of 1 year.That was good enough for me and for $5 nice.

My brother and I just bought a brand new wash machine and I can't wait till it's here and I can use it.

out of all the home depots I frequent the Euclid store has the worst employee participation in any of its departments with the exception of the cashiers who are usually helpful & friendly

bad Bad no customer service, could not find any employee that knows anything about the lumber dept. Pricing had to be checked twice.no correct pricing. I was handed a brochure about cement not in English but Spanish. one good thing the store was clean Really!!!

I love this location, everyone was very helpful. All of the associates I ran across were very polite. They wasn't lazy, they went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for. This Homedepot is a very clean atmosphere. Everything is easy to find including the restroom. The restrooms are very clean and smells great! This Homedepot had sanitizer out and masks for they're customers (us). Thank you for this Homedepot! Also this is in a very convenient location for me. Homedepot rocks !

This store is very convenient for the Euclid and surrounding communities. I am very glad this store is located on E. 200th. I've never had a problem with getting assistance in the store. The associates are always busy assisting customers so I might have a wait depending on what I am in the store for. Also, I reviewed the sweepstakes list and I only saw that one person in Ohio won. It sure would be nice if someone in Euclid, OH won the sweepstakes. I've been shopping at this store for years. As a home owner I really appreciate this establishment. Thank You

The store was well stock and clean...The checkout lines moved fast

Been shopping at the depo for years. Spent over 40k this year alone, only came to this store since all others were out of what my customer wanted. I will never shop this store again. Very rude employees NICK the so called store manager was horrible to deal with. Also please pickup all the trash from you floors.

The store was clean and the product easy to find

first of all the fact that you can't order online for curbside pickup and still get the military discount is stupid. you encourage people to use that service but have no way for veterans to use the discount. so I put everything I needed to buy in my cart on the app and used that to help me shop in the store. one of the things I needed was a Dewalt reciprocating saw. when I put that item in my cart in the app it showed a 16% discount (20$ off basically) so I went to the store got everything I needed and when I went to check out the saw was not discounted. I had them void the purchase and ordered it on the app for in-store pickup to get the discount. they then told me it would be 2 to 3 hours until i would be able to pick up the saw even though it was in a manager's hand and I was right there with it. NO ONE was willing to help expedite the purchase and I had to go back to get the saw later that evening. I talked to 5 people, they all said, sorry, nothing I can do. there's always something that can be done. I won't be back to ANY home depot even if I have to drive further to get to a different store. A local competing store I'm not allowed to name per your guidelines has always showed much more care for their customers AND you can get your military discount if you order items for in-store or curbside pick up.

The Sales Associate was very helpful in concluding our interaction I told her she was great and awfully helpful she smiled and said i try very hard and Thank me.

If you have the time, go to the Cleveland Heights OR Highland Heights location. Avoid Euclid, the shelves are poorly stocked and the employees are rude and less than helpful. This applies mainly to the Electrical and Lumber Departments. The Flooring people are OK and actually help me in Electrical sometimes, even though its not their department. Good luck finding the Electrical associate; sometimes, I get more help from other customers in the Electrical area than from the employees.

Never been treated with so much disrespect in all my life. First of I was double charged for multiple items , partially refunded excluding tax....found another item double charged and refused my money back and rushed out of the store said all registers are closed. I never left the store from time of purchase till overcharge discovery. Told come back like my time is not of value ... And told we don't want your money!I spent near $10,000 within last month and being treated like I was a nuisance. I'm gathering all my purchases within last month even if I gotta rip them outta my customers homes and returning everything all at once and will never use home depot for any future endeavors! Just lost a loyal customer due to the berating customer service and poor professionalism. I wonder how long this double scanning has been going on ! I'm going to look at all my old reciepts and file a lawsuit for lost wages, pain and suffering , and deformation of character

I was looking at dryers and I was provided great customer service by John. He took the time to explain the various dryers and the features. I really appreciate his input and time. I had a very good experience at this Home Depot. Thank you!

Unprofessional staff member MarieAnn was very unprofessional and rude! the only person who saved Home Depot $300 was Destiny because I was going to return EVERYTHING due to MarieAnn's actions and when I asked her if she cared that I would have walk home with over $300 at night and in below freezing temperatures she could care less! Absolutely the WORST customer service Agent you have working with the Company she definitely tarnishes your good name. All MarieAnn had to do was page my hard of hearing Grandfather and this would have solved the problem, BUT she simply refused. MarieAnn lacks empathy, a very important quality to have in customer service. I know, I'm an expert at it and would never treat ANYONE that way! get it together guys. but I won't return.

Having your store right in the neighborhood is a blessing. The location allows convenient access for quick trips to try countless mini-projects. The employees know where things are shelved and the items are in stock.

With a home there is always something that needs repair or replacement. This location is about 10 minutes from my home so it is convenient. I do home crafting projects so I have purchased many paint samplers (Behr is excellent, staff was great) and have had wood perfectly cut to my specifications. I wish wood could be cut less than 12 inches but the employee said it was a store policy. I have purchased many items from your gardening department and did a brick border around almost my entire yard. I might mention it is a good place to be inspired even if I am not making a purchase that day.
