          If I was able to give it 0 stars I would. The Home Depot on eubank does not honor pricing mistakes on they’re part. The price in question was on a end cap tied with a cable with a lock only a Home Depot employee can open. For there mistake they offered pennies on the dollar. I will continue to shop at Lowe’s on 12th street even though it’s 15 minutes out of my way.

I know mistakes are made by everyone, but whatever happened with my purchase (which was cancelled by this store), could not be explained by a manager. And the "pick up" store location, on Coors Blvd, SW, would have gotten the same rating, because its staff didn't have it together when I called for information. RIDICULOUS.

          We were in line and the cashier tried to help a man in front of us fill out a credit card for Home Depot. This should be done at Customer Service and not the regular registers--especially when there are 5 to 8 other people waiting in line!! Then when the cashier double charged us for an item, we had to go to another line and wait another 18 minutes (standing in the 100 degree sun!!!) just to get a refund. Then when we got our refund, we found out we did not get a full refund. This is totally uncalled for. Needless to say we were not happy and will definitely pass on this poor customer service to friends and acquaintances. I am totally disappointed in this whole experience that I probably will think twice before ever coming into a Home Depot again!!             Not the best experience today. I was entering the store and seen several bags of cement with ripped bags. There were some Home Depot guys standing there so I asked if they would discount them, because I had bought some earlier like that. The guy said no and said people are ripping them and then asking for a discount. I felt like he was accusing me. They were both out there when I drove up, plus they have cameras. I am a tall redhead with long hair and a beard that Hangs out even with a mask on. The second guy looked shocked and gave the other guy a “what’s that about look.” I just walked off. Inside the store I asked for the manager hoping to talk to a guy named Eaton or something like that. I had asked him a few week earlier and he had discounted several torn bags. When I thanked him,he thanked me and said I was doing him a favor getting them gone. A very nice man. Anyway it was a female manager so I dropped that issue and asked for assistance in the chain saw area. No one ever came. I went four times waiting about 15 minutes each time. Finally a very nice woman who was going home told the manager that she knew the code to the lock and came opened it for me, and carried it to check out. At checkout I asked for an email receipt. The clerk said it would ask. She told me the total which was pennies less than $250. I gave her $250 cash and she printed a receipt. I told her that I specifically asked for an email receipt. She was apologetic but said she couldn’t do anything about it. She offered to print additional receipts and give me a paper to keep it in, but I wanted an email receipt for the warranty.paper receipts won’t last. I took it to returns and explained the problem. She refunded my money and then checked me out and printed a receipt and handed it to me. I told her I wanted an email receipt. She said they are going to send you one. I told her I paid cash, and she said they would still send it to me. I told her that I had not entered my email address, but she insisted that it would be sent. My mom had been waiting in the truck so I just left but an not real happy how today worked out. So much for the 5 year warranty on this chainsaw comes with. This is not my first issue with a warranty at Home Depot. I bought a very expensive booster pump, around $700. It had a two year warranty and I bought the extended 5 year. A month after two years the pump started leaking. The pumps had been recalled even but Home Depot said that they only keep records of warranties for two years. They refused to honor the return because I could not find the receipt. I wonder if an item that has a warranty skips the email receipt automatically, because both cashiers were confused about the email receipt.

Also, they won't move an ordinary piano (simple, not grand). Two local carpeting firms will move these items without objection. HD uses subcontractors. Attempts to reach Flooring Dept. by phone resulted in a 10 minute wait ... during which my call was routed to the Flooring Dept 5 times ... ultimately nobody from Flooring ever answered. Waste of my time.
