Shopping was easy and fast

I always enjoy my visits to this Home Depot. The workers are always attentive and friendly. Thankful for the proximity to Kirtland Air Force Base.

Cameron in the appliances department at the Eubank store in Albuquerque, NM is absolutely awesome - the most knowledgable and kind employee I have ever encountered at Home Depot.

If I was able to give it 0 stars I would. The Home Depot on eubank does not honor pricing mistakes on they’re part. The price in question was on a end cap tied with a cable with a lock only a Home Depot employee can open. For there mistake they offered pennies on the dollar. I will continue to shop at Lowe’s on 12th street even though it’s 15 minutes out of my way.

Staff is super helpful, engaging and professional. 3 stars because the actual inventory in the store does not match what online says is in-stock wasted 1.5hrs trying to exchange a tool box that arrived damaged only to find that they had none in-stock when online and on their handhelds it said 2 were in-stock.

The "fair" rating is for one reason, which I don't recommend to anyone: paying for a purchase and picking it up at a different location. I know mistakes are made by everyone, but whatever happened with my purchase (which was cancelled by this store), could not be explained by a manager. And the "pick up" store location, on Coors Blvd, SW, would have gotten the same rating, because its staff didn't have it together when I called for information. RIDICULOUS.

I needed help a couple of times and (1) actually found helpful employees when I needed them, instead of being unable to find anyone anywhere in the whole store, and (2) got taken to the items I needed instead of pointing and being told "It's over yonder". I love it when the store people smile and seem happy.

Paint manager is a rude jerk!!!

Every employee was cheerful and pleasant and SUPER helpful - knew where everything was and took us right to it. This is one of the many things that sets HD way above Lowe’s or any other store like this, their customer service! We are from out of state and were pleased to see that this standard is the same anywhere you enter a Home Depot. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service and great store to shop at for all your necessities.

We were in line and the cashier tried to help a man in front of us fill out a credit card for Home Depot. This should be done at Customer Service and not the regular registers--especially when there are 5 to 8 other people waiting in line!! Then when the cashier double charged us for an item, we had to go to another line and wait another 18 minutes (standing in the 100 degree sun!!!) just to get a refund. Then when we got our refund, we found out we did not get a full refund. This is totally uncalled for. Needless to say we were not happy and will definitely pass on this poor customer service to friends and acquaintances. I am totally disappointed in this whole experience that I probably will think twice before ever coming into a Home Depot again!! I visited the garden center, and they had a nice variety of plants for me to choose from. My cashier Jennifer, and the staff in the garden center were all very helpful and friendly.

This is the store which is most convenient to where I live so I shop here frequently. Sometimes the merchandise isn't always organized but the associates who work here are very helpful and go out of their way to try and answer any of your questions, locate what you may be looking for, etc.

Richard in flooring and the other gentleman that works the desk were super helpful and answered all my questions. Also Cameron in appliances was friendly and helpful about the products I am interested in.

Sarah was a great help and was willing to do whatever it took for us to get our washer ordered. She didn't even work in appliances but came and helped us out anyway!!

Refused to honor their advertised veteran's discount

Ask with garden employees if there were any hens & chickens and ice plants. None knew what I was talking about. I asked another (who said he normally works in electric) and he said he would find the garden manager and ask me to wait. Ten minutes later I noticed him watering plants. I went up to him and asked if he found the manager, he said no but did not apologize for not getting back to me while I was waiting under his instruction. Poor customer service.

Sarah in the customer service department is excellent in her customer service skills! Sarah was able to track down the item we required, and went above and beyond to correct out online order!

Hit or miss. Some store clerks not willing to help. They’ll go as far as using an excuse to seek additional assistance and never returning. In-stock items aren’t usually restocked. This has happened to me on multiple occasions.

Not the best experience today. I was entering the store and seen several bags of cement with ripped bags. There were some Home Depot guys standing there so I asked if they would discount them, because I had bought some earlier like that. The guy said no and said people are ripping them and then asking for a discount. I felt like he was accusing me. They were both out there when I drove up, plus they have cameras. I am a tall redhead with long hair and a beard that Hangs out even with a mask on. The second guy looked shocked and gave the other guy a “what’s that about look.” I just walked off. Inside the store I asked for the manager hoping to talk to a guy named Eaton or something like that. I had asked him a few week earlier and he had discounted several torn bags. When I thanked him,he thanked me and said I was doing him a favor getting them gone. A very nice man. Anyway it was a female manager so I dropped that issue and asked for assistance in the chain saw area. No one ever came. I went four times waiting about 15 minutes each time. Finally a very nice woman who was going home told the manager that she knew the code to the lock and came opened it for me, and carried it to check out. At checkout I asked for an email receipt. The clerk said it would ask. She told me the total which was pennies less than $250. I gave her $250 cash and she printed a receipt. I told her that I specifically asked for an email receipt. She was apologetic but said she couldn’t do anything about it. She offered to print additional receipts and give me a paper to keep it in, but I wanted an email receipt for the warranty.paper receipts won’t last. I took it to returns and explained the problem. She refunded my money and then checked me out and printed a receipt and handed it to me. I told her I wanted an email receipt. She said they are going to send you one. I told her I paid cash, and she said they would still send it to me. I told her that I had not entered my email address, but she insisted that it would be sent. My mom had been waiting in the truck so I just left but an not real happy how today worked out. So much for the 5 year warranty on this chainsaw comes with. This is not my first issue with a warranty at Home Depot. I bought a very expensive booster pump, around $700. It had a two year warranty and I bought the extended 5 year. A month after two years the pump started leaking. The pumps had been recalled even but Home Depot said that they only keep records of warranties for two years. They refused to honor the return because I could not find the receipt. I wonder if an item that has a warranty skips the email receipt automatically, because both cashiers were confused about the email receipt.

Employee , Dave - in flooring department , went above and beyond . Not only helped but even walked me over to find what was needed .

Today Home Depot lost $4,500 in carpeting / installation to us. This because the installers won't touch (move) our bed ... simply because it has an electrically adjustable base. Also, they won't move an ordinary piano (simple, not grand). Two local carpeting firms will move these items without objection. HD uses subcontractors. Attempts to reach Flooring Dept. by phone resulted in a 10 minute wait ... during which my call was routed to the Flooring Dept 5 times ... ultimately nobody from Flooring ever answered. Waste of my time.
