The crime at this location is rampant. Being approached in the parking lot while loading and unloading items is a scary proposition. I will not let my wife nor daughter go to the Eubank location alone. Be aware when shopping at this store, both inside & outside the store.

Hello, I want to thank the young woman Sarah at customer service at the Eubank Store in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who helped me in purchasing and exchanging mini splits for my home. In general this store has good customer service.

Customer service is severely lacking at this store. Cashier couldn't have cared less if she was working or not. No greeting, no thank you.

I enjoy the staff in the paint department who are knowledgeable and truly artists of color. For example, I wanted to do an accent wall and was concerned about what level of gloss to choose. The associate at the paint department explained the difference between eggshell, satin and semi-gloss. It was great instruction that was very helpful to me. I recommend this store because of the high quality employees.

This place is a good place to go for all your home needs.

I was able to locate everything I needed here, but they closed their lumber exit early (I'm assuming due to being short on staff). Pulling a cart with 12' and 16' boards through tight corridors in a busy store was not fun. The cashier who assisted was very quick and efficient, though.

Great customer Service from Susan in returns. I also went to the paint department. The younger gentleman that helped me was kind and joking back n forth with me. Great day at home Depot

I get the best customer service from the return desk the lady's name is Susan and she is the most helpful person in the store

There is no communication within the ranks. Cashiers don't even know if there is a manager on duty and who it is. If you have an issue at self-checkout, you better duck because clerks don't handle it well. Parts are not in their correct boxes/location. Basically, employees are there to collect a paycheck while talking in groups. Don't ask for help because "it's not their department".

Mike was amazing! He went above and beyond by locating an item I needed for my daughters playhouse. He stopped what he was doing when he saw me wandering around and immediately helped me. He retrieved the item from an obscure and difficult location and assisted me by choosing exactly what I needed for my daughters playhouse! I will be back for sure because he treated me like I was important and my project was important and went out of his way to listen to what I needed and take the time to get it.

I bought a Toro lawnmower at this store. They price matched for me so I could get a lower price.

While I did not have good customer service from the service desk, when I went to find another associate, I came to Abigail and she was more than helpful! She stopped what she was doing, went outside to get the SKU from the grill that I wanted and then proceeded to help me check out at self-check.

Awesome customer services during my visit to purchase items two days ago.

Everything I bought on this shopping trip has not dissatisfied me at all , none of the products where damaged , ripped , or dented like some other stores

We purchased a replacement toilet, supply line, and 4 clamps for the office. Only toilet was loaded on the truck. Returned to store and they refused to look for the items, had me go and get a new supply line and 4 more clamps. Proceeded to issue a refund for those items then got mad at me and said I didn't initially purchase a supply line or it was not scanned. Charged me more money (they held my original receipt while saying I didn't pay for the original supply line). I caught the error the next morning at work. Employees are hostile and assume the customer is either wrong or trying to scam the store. Absolutely unacceptable behavior that will result in a vendor ban for our organization.

It’s always hit or miss with Home Depot employees but I had a great dealing with the employee Andrea she was so much help tonight.

There so many things on the wish list, focusing on a single product would be something I would be hard pressed to do a review. We will be back.

Great customer service! I had to return stuff....smooth, I needed help finding an item....they walked me directly to it, something rang up incorrect....she corrected it and it was quick~!

I needed help with building a sandtray. Derek, over in lumber, was pretty amazing and patient, in spite of all that was on his plate. I really appreciated the way he helped me out. This has been the third time where I have been to this Home Depot location, I have needed help, and Derek was kind enough to approach me and ask me if I needed help with anything. That is pretty rare. I really am grateful for that. Since it is incredibly rare, I decided to write my first ever review for Home Depot.

I have had mainly good experiences at this location. Associates that have walked me right to the item and helping me to get exactly what I was looking for.

Amazing with all the gentrification in the area the need for security all over the store. Never ending cluttered aisles with pallets of products. Empty shelves, etc...

I visited all the Home Depot stores in Albuquerque. I finally stopped at the #3501 and made my purchase. The sales person was helpful and patient with me as I looked around. She answered all my questions. I trust GE appliances and I’m looking forward to having my range delivered and installed. Thank you
