My kitchen is in the process of getting new counter top and cabinets. Also a new refrigerator that was just delivered. I was amazed by the guys that did the installment. Very professional and efficient, even with all the adjustments and accommodations they made. They did an amazing job!

I repainted my entire home and the paint was perfectly colored and such better quality - it covered my highly-textured walls with one coat. And the special attachment for the lids which I’d never seen before made pouring so much easier and clean. I bought paint to start my project at another big store and found immediately it wasn’t going to work. So glad I switched to Home Depot. The people there were nicer and actually seemed more interested in helping me.

I bought Ridgid 6 gallon air compressor and 3-tool combo kit.

I have spoken to many people for assistance here for a few years now since buying a home. I love how friendly you all are and that’s what keeps me coming back before the endless supplies and expertise you provide, great job!!

I have found the employees at the Albuquerque, Eubank store to me extremely helpful courteous, professional and in most all cases, knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with the quick service that I received once I walked into the department I was looking for. I had a salesman approach me within a couple of minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the product and helped to guide me in the right direction so I wasn't going to purchase an item that I didn't need.

I have visited few home depot but this one is my favorite. No added stress

Never expected the quality of service in an area such as this, only being here for a few weeks now I realized the people working on Eubanks are hard at work to ensure safety comfort and service are met. Well done Deana and everyone else helping customer get solutions they are searching for.

I bought some items online that turned up damaged. And the Eubank store not only replaced the items but gave me a nice discount and delivered them to my home.

I love coming to the store. If they don’t have it, they go out of the way to find it or order it in or price match it. Everybody is so friendly and willing to help.

I had some awkward items to return, and an employee named Karem at the return's counter was exceptionally kind and helpful. I don't always get good customer service when shopping various stores around Albuquerque. This guy made my day.

Be extremely careful at the Eubank Home Depot. Although there is a security guard there, you may get exposed to their mace or the criminal’s mace. The other night while waiting in line to return/purchase items at customer service we were exposed to mace blowing into the store. Clearly and visibly choking, trying to catch our breath, sneezing and tearing up, we were told, “Sorry folks, so sorry”. As we were trying to get out of the store to get something to drink, a tissue and some fresh air, we wanted nothing more than to get out of there. Trying to contact customer service, so ridiculous! Home Depot clearly doesn’t care about their paying customers. **I would rate Home Depot negative stars, but of course you can’t so I was forced to rate one star.

Store usually has what I need.

We needed help with heavy plumbing supplies. . Home depot on 200 Eubank ABQ, NM could use more people on the floor because we couldn't find any one to help. The cashier ended up helping us load heavy item onto the dolly and into the truck. The store is clean and has a good stock of items.

The homedepot was so clean and neat, it was so organized. So easy to check out and the cashiers, employees were so nice and helpful.

I went to purchase a microwave the associates could not be bothered to help you. 3 of them standing in appliances . Was visible upset asked for help. Would not answer questions even after I redirected them. Then when I decided to buy one the associate informs that I need to go get a flat cart. Went to find one, none at the front of the store, asked two other associates where to find one the told me to go to the front, they then both walked did not want to engage or help fund a cart. Located alone in the isle went back asked the guy in appliances about and installation kit to hook up the exhaust he tells me to go look in plumbing again did really want to help me. Worst customer service, worst associates lazy and can't be bothered there conversations amongst themselves is more important than you are helping

I wanted to buy an electric lawnmower and found one on sale. Unfortunately, the box it was in had been opened and the 4 included batteries stolen. A very helpful employee checked the mower to be sure everything else was still in the box, got me 2 batteries, and got the manager to reduce the price. I was a very happy customer.

Was Just trying to pay for my items and go but tool rental made it harder than he needed to frustrating.

I bought a bunch materials for remodeling my house and the employees at the home Depot are very knowledgeable and professional.

Dave in electrical is a electrical genius. If you need products or advice, he's the go-to man! Barbara, one of the cashiers is amazingly friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers!

Hey, when you need assistance in the gardening department, Anthony is your guy. Very helpful. Then there was Joshua at the service desk that also helped out. Kudos you guys.

The store is always busy but coming very early or very late is worthwhile.
