The store's employees were very friendly and finding everything we needed was super easy.

My overall shopping experience was excellent. However, the electric riding cart need to be serviced.

I have been going to this location for the since last May of 2020, yes! even thru Covid19 and we were getting our home ready to sell, From purchasing flooring to painting and all repairs. to have are home ready to sell in October/Nov All employees from Flooring: Diana and Theresa were wonderful, along with all staff which was on on the floors, when we came in looking for simple repair items. We posted our home for sale when all was finished, and our Home was sold the 1st 12 hours posted on line. I do not think we would have been close to our schedule of selling our home in October without Home Depot helps. Thank You everyone, now we can retire to Flordia and use the Home Depot near our Flordia Home, Just hope we have as wonderful experience as we did here in Erie Location. Thank You, RuthieB

Home Depot at 7451 Peach St. is very well organized and well-stocked. The Associates are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and allow me to feel that my business is appreciated.

First off I love Home Depot if this was not the only store for miles I would shop at a different one .I feel like every time I come here I get the employee that's having a bad day. I get my question answered but not with out attitude. It's happened many time's. With that said I also get friendly customer service that I've come to expect from Home Depot. And I also understand people have bad days at work just seems like bad days happen alot at this one store all im saying.

Had the products I was looking for in stock with a great selection.

Home Depot consistently provides excellent customer service. The Associates have always allowed me to feel like a valued customer, no matter how small of a purchase that is transacted. Shelves are well-stocked and the store is well- organized and clean.

The store is very neat, clean, and well organized. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. One of my favorite employees is Angi. She always goes over and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I love shopping at Home Depot!

If anyone is looking for carpet or kitchen flooring please require assistants from Scott. You won't be disappointed. Scott is very knowledgeable regarding this department and w/go above and beyond to help you.

Very accommodating for safe distancing, associates were super polite & helpful, we'll shop here again in spite of it being much further from our home than 2 other home improvement stores.

In general Home Depot has the items in stock needed for most projects or can get them in a reasonable amount of time. Specifically, today we benefited from the price match guarantee saving money and time.

The Erie store, #4124, was very nice to visit. The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They keep the store clean and safe, from what I saw when I was there. They had everything we were looking for and then some. THIS store knows what they are doing!!!

Associates were very helpful in knowing where in the store my item was located without even checking and I was assisted in putting my large items into my car.

This store has pert near every thing related to the home. Prices are fare to other retailers in the area, I like the zero interest on the store card if paid in a timely manner. I've gone to this store many times in the past ,and will go again .

Cashier went out of her way to help me, she was extremely efficient and very kind...

Store employees during a pandemic couldn't be nicer. While it's not their first choice, they wear masks and handle the state orders with class and treat customers with respect and kindness. THANK YOU for going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and for being so helpful.

it's a Home Depot....not a home depot of early 2000's where they cared about employees retention, contractor relationships and having that sense of utmost experience and knowledge. the employees on the contractor side that have been there for years are the one you WANT to discuss with when you have questions about products. for several years, this location has had large employee turnover all for the sake of stock-holder interests. if Home Depot corperate office would CARE about more than the bottom line, they could easily surge ahead of their competitors by offering a very good personal experience with folks who are vested in the customers experiences. people like myself don't just look for the cheapest price, we are also looking at the human experience of a business, bc THAT make us all feel part of what community and business SHOULD be.

Pat leighton and Sydney B. Spent over an hour calling and speaking to corporate to resolve a card problem and both were extremely pleasant during the time, and they resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I'm very grateful for their service

Store employees are not helpful if they even actually come. Terrible experience in this location every time.
