The customer service I received today at the Erie, PA Home Depot was far above the normal. I stopped to purchase a tote for a large item. The gentleman who helped me talked to me about the tote and when he found out what I needed it for suggested we take it to my car to ensure the item would fit. After we determined it was the correct size he loaded it into my car, took the sticker off so that I could pay for it without hauling it back into the store. I purchased 2 totes, both which are the perfect size to house the large item. However, the outstanding customer service did not stop with this gentleman. The cashier was friendly & professional, she took the time to look up my companies tax exempt number. She was very patient, and helpful...such a positive experience.

Three different employees sighed, rolled their eyes at me, cut me off when speaking, and generally rude. When the manager made an exception for me, the extremely unprofessional and rude customer service desk girl said “you’re going to do that?” In a snarky entitled voice, questioning the manager and being very disrespectful to both me and him.

Price posted in online ad was different then at store. Ad even stated how many were at this store along with price. Nothing said price was online only. Made a 70+ mole round trip just to be charged $15.00 more then the price on their site. Most stores would match the price posted but not this one. Beware. Go where the store actually charges the price they post.

This store has friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and has a large variety of items to choose from.

The quality of the lumber at this location is far worse than other hardware stores that offer the same product, so I would not recommend going to Home Depot for that.

There are alot of people who are DIY's and I wish there were more employees available to help or direct you to receive more help if needed. I feel some of the employees avoid customers at all costs. I stood in an isle for about 20 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help.

The store was very neat and well stocked. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with my recent visits and found exactly what I needed in a timely manner.

Home depot is a very clean and well organized store with an exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.

Salespeople were extra helpful and very knowledgeable.

This store is terrible. The Pro Desk quoted and let me pay for materials they hadn't had in store for two weeks. The order was not ready when the store said it would be. I waited two plus hours for my order to be picked to find out they did not have everything I needed. Don't waste your time using the Pro Desk or order pick up. You're better off picking the items yourself, or going somewhere else.

Betty gave us a robust greeting upon entering the store. Hailey then directed back to home entry doors where Ethan efficiently addressed every question. Lenny then directed us to tools where Tom helped us find the correct saw blade. We then went over to the plywood where Todd & Scott helped us find exactly what we wanted. Sydney was our FANTABULOUS cashier & BEST of all DAN helped us throughout our ENTIRE shopping trip. AWESOME JOB BY ALL!!!!!!

The delivery service failed me and cost me several hundred dollars in labor and made my customers very unhappy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My wife and I went to the home depot store in Erie P.A. to purchase carpet on April 12th. We were greeted by the stores flooring manager, Dianna Meehl. She represents her area in flooring at a exceptional level. We are purchasing our carpet from the Erie Store.

It is such a shame you sacrifice the employees in your store who are valuable for your personal bias beliefs.

I dealt with Debbie at customer service for several returns and a reorder. She was absolutely wonderful. She was pleasant, kind, and helpful. Definitely the friendliest HD associate I have ever dealt with.

The store was very clean but the help I got at the service desk was not good and I asked to speak to the manager he never came up he told them to send somebody else up I guess and I ordered something paid for it picked it up the next day but they sold it to somebody else so I did not pick it up
