Have been to store on several occasions and have ordered products for pickup. The store seems quite large, but never had problem finding what I was looking for.

I enjoy shopping there. The store is well kept and I like that I am able to use the app to help find different products.

ANDERSON 3000 GREAT PRODUCT

From not getting the correct windows earlier. I thought I would give it another shot. Needing cabinets I called again today 3-29-24. Bounced around departments. Ended up at the pro desk. Was informed probably wouldn’t get to it until possibly Monday. Very understaffed. I could call back later for cabinets guy was at lunch. Did not offer to call me or take contact information. Advised that I had all my measurements and numbers. Still recommend calling back in an hour or so and ask for Scott in kitchen’s. Have a bid in with the competition next store. I will try calling back to talk with Scott. As a business owner of a company that’s been operating since 1955. Home Depot’s customer service model could perhaps do a little better or might need a refresher course.

As a professional I frequent the store often and find the staff associates cashier's. Even the guy sweeping the floor all to be top-notch. They make my job easier. They save me time they save me money. And this is an excellent store

This store has helped me several times in paint, lighting, flooring.

Bought a beautiful volcano black washer and dryer. Jonathan came off his lunch to take care of me. He was knowledgeable and I selected an American made model on his advice. I had no idea we still made them here. His explanation of repair parts and service was just what I wanted to hear. Because, you know," Murphy's Law". Great fast experience, and excellent delivery of my washer and dryer.

although i often visit this store, it seemed to be the only time a cashier went out of their way to assist me, usually they behave as if im in their way and bothering them. This particular day, I was extremely satisfied with the cashier and the customer service manager, then to watch the manager use his time to teach the cashier to assist future customers. I thought that was professionally done and the forward thinking will help reduce future holdups.

We checked out with 10 bags of 40 pound top soil. Kenzie was incredibly excellent with us. She provided paper towels for our soiled hands and summoned a staff person to load our car. Well done Kenzie.

Purchased a kitchen countertop with installation. Jonathan was a great help with knowledge and experience with the products. He went out of his way for us and even took time after hours to answer some dishwasher questions after his shift was over! Four stars is because HD does not have enough people on staff to help out, so we had to wait some time to get help. It was in no way Jonathan's fault - he was working with another customer!

After waiting 50 minutes for what should have been a 10 min trip, I asked for my money back and walked out. Rude staff and after being paged no less than 8 times no one ever showed up, even as I was leaving. Lady ahead of m was also waiting and said the same thing, going to Lowe’s next time!!!

The associates are very helpful and nice whether they be male or female. the sales special to tis store is also great!!

I was having an issue locating a particular tool that was on sale. After searching for several minutes by myself, I asked for help. An associate named Steven who was working the section came to assist me and another employee. Steven and I were unable to locate the tool. At this point, I would have accepted that we could not find it, but Steven was determined to find it as it said there were numerous in stock. He left to search other sections. After a few minutes, he located them high up on a shelf in another area. He had another employee assist with he ladder to retrieve. Steven made sure that the price that rang up on the register was the advertised price. In times of being under-staffed and overwhelmed, it was nice to see someone so patient and motivated to help me out. Thank you for all your help Steven and thank you 4124 for training such awesome employees!

Samuel was a great employee took care of my business experience with customer service in mind

Almost every stack of lumber was neat and in a stable, orderly bundle, almost as if no one had gone through them to sort for straight boards. This is usually not the case with most yards. I purchased multiple sizes of lumber today and each stack was in this condition. Kudos Depot!

The 2 cashiers up front at service seat were phenomenal! I am not an easy customer to deal with when something with the price doesn’t make sense. Karlie and Sheryl went above and beyond to assist me and in the end with their help I purchased a new washer and dryer,I contemplated walking out but these 2 assisted me and calmed me down. Fantastic employees these 2 are!

Had a problem with my order that I placed online Denise Denise and the eerie store was wonderful I can't say enough and Debbie was wonderful as well it fixed all my problems

a flloor associate named Beth from plumbing Beth from the plumbing Dept went above & beyond to help my husband and I out. She was very knowledgeable & took the time to help & explain things. Thank you Beth!!!

Denise needs to rethink her career in customer service. instead of just saying "hey there's an issue with the website listing I cant honor this" you get treated like your stupid and cant read or count. So glad I drove 30 minutes out of my way to be treated this way!

Home Depot Associates have always been helpful, knowlgeable and friendly.

I searched online for a bathroom cabinet and was excited to see the website gave me the exact store location to find it.

Everyone at this Home Depot was professional and helpful! Which is something I appreciate more than anything else!

I had a very good experience finding everything I needed and checked out and was on my way.

We put in a patio recently and ordered many items from Home Depot. With the shipping and delivery crisis we are having we ran into some issue with our items. I called the Home Depot number listed on the website but did not get the result I was looking for. I made a trip to the Peach Street, Erie, PA location, Customer Service Desk and was was greeted by Laura. She was immediately compassionate to our situation and did not quit until she had a solution. I can't say enough about how pleasant our experience was with representative Laura. I wish that all Customer Service Representatives could be like Laura. Make sure you ask for Laura if you have an issue. I guarantee she will make it better!
