Only time I was greated was at self checkout and the store shelves are a little bare then what I'm use to

CAROL DINICOLA IN ERIE PA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK AND ALSO THE FORKLIFT DRIVER THAT ASSISTED HERE ARE THE FREINDLIEST PPL THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN RETAIL SO GLAD I MET THEM ALL BUT I SPENT WAY TO MUCH MONEY...KIDS WILL BE EXCITED THIS SEASON

Need more Home Depots west of Erie

I would like to give praise to Isabelle , working in appliances. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about all the appliances we needed to purchase. She used the computer to put in dimensions of items we needed and was able to show us what was available and price range. We did buy 4 kitchen appliances and received the buy more discount. She helped us in a timely manner and was so pleasant. Please give recognition to Isabelle for her outstanding service. Her time and helpful service was greatly appreciated.

We went to Home Depot to shop for window treatments. We walked around aimlessly. Then the manager on duty asked if he could help. He sent one of his employees our way. Kristen came and help us pick out window treatments without a hit hitch. She smiled, she assisted and was happy to do this. Excellent customer service. We need more of this in every facet of our life!

The cashiers in the garden center will intentionally over-charge you by just asking how many of an item of they are the same by over-scanning by 1 or 2 if you are not paying attention. In this particular incident, I went 10 ft checked the number of plants against what i had in my cart & discovered that Danielle charged me for 13 plants & I only had 12. She would not do anything about it other than to say you have to go to customer service. All within minutes of check-out. I went in the store furious only to get to customer service with a line of 10-12 people already waiting. This was intentional as Danielle had just returned to or relieved a coworker in garden center before I checked out. Imagine if they over -charged 50 people a day in the garden center by $5-$10 and they didn't wait in a line at customer service like I did!

My hobby is building small furniture in addition to my home improvement needs. Home Depot is my go-to store for all my materials, especially the wood I need to support my hobby. We are in the final stages of rebuilding our house and most of my materials (wood, sheathing, doors and windows) have come from Home Depot. Home Depot also supplied most of the material for the rebuild we did on our daughter's house years ago including the windows and kitchen cabinetry.

So many great choices of merchandise and great employees!

Jonathan in appliances was very patient, competent and professional.

I think that being knowledgeable in your department is helpful for both the customer and employee. I had asked for help and the employee in the paint t department did not seem very happy I was asking questions and said she didn’t know. A dog jumped on me in the paint area as well. I was told my information on the the colors I ordered was saved but was not when I went back to the store. I now need to take the can left back to match it or return it so I have the right color.

I explained my frustration in the survey. I may have to travel to a few more stores and pay more but it is worth it to deal with people who care and want my business. I was always amused by reviews that said "I would rate it less then one star if I could." When it comes to Home Depot, I just joined the group.

The staff was pleasant, knowledgable and very efficient. We are very pleased with the service here.

Bought some beautiful patio furnature and will enjoy it for years to come!

Store was clean employees were very helpful and products were displaced well and lots of items on the shelves.

Needed assistance in buying blinds. Chris came to us while at the blind part of Home Depot and was extremely helpful and gave us several options to think about. He loaded the blinds into the cart after asking which style, color and the measurements. He also recommended remeasuring the one large window because he can cut the blinds to fit but wants to make sure they will fit. He was so kind to us two girls. Thank you Chris.

The product box was secure and undamaged

Everyone of the floor employee were so very helpful locating the products I was there to purchase. Cut my shopping time in 1/2 if I had to look around that big store myself and find my items myself

On a recent trip to HD. I was surprised how much easier it was to find what I was looking for due to the friendly, helpful people working there it was great now having that overwhelming helpless feeling of searching for a needle in a hay stack every employee i passed either said hello or offered to help. Especially at checkout

Check a lot of Home Depot stores within 100 miles an this was the only one that had what I was looking for in the store. All employees were very professional and helpful.

I purchased a washing machine that was priced great and the delivery was fantastic.

Rid-X Septic supplies; right there at eye level. Snow brushes; lots of choices. Chose the long handled one. Clear Glad Recycling Bags. A bargain price for sure.

I was looking for a grey paint sample, and the two ladies in that department couldn’t of been any more helpful and knowledgeable about process.

Bought a new washer machine and a miter saw. These items were very easily found had great people working very noligabile very polite.
