Didn’t want to be inside too long because of corona virus epidemic. Ordered online expecting pick up in store. Unable to pickup same day. Associate could not find item on pickup shelf. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to receive item. Associate had to get item off aisle shelf herself. Very disappointed with this purchase. Would have been a lot faster for me to get item myself.

ALWAYS top notch customer service! Shelves are neatly and fully stocked and the store is very clean and organized...

This is a great store where the employes can tell me what type of tools i need and how to use them to get house to pass inspection.

The store was clean and products easy to find. All associates throughout the store were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It has been a truly enjoyable experience.

This store has a better knowledge base and friendlier staff than some of the other stores I have been to in the past. I pass by three other home improvement stores to shop at this one because of that. I will continue to drive the extra mileage to receive the excellent service that they give.

I would like to share a very wonderful experience I had today at the Ellisville Home Depot. I was looking for a new workbench and was interested in the Husky 62" adjustable workbench. I had less-than-great luck finding the item unassembled at other locations, and thought I would try my luck in-store to evaluate my options. I spoke with Pat, the store manager, who helped me along with another manager to determine my options for purchasing the workbench. We quickly learned that the product was becoming discontinued, hence my difficulty finding one in-box. Pat offered the display unit, which was the last one, at a discount. When I explained that getting it home would be tricky, he quickly offered to deliver it to our home free of charge, as it was on his way home form work. He helped me wheel it to the front desk to get everything set up, called me on his way to drop it off and was as cordial and professional as can be. This is what customer service is all about. In addition, the store itself was very clean, everyone there was friendly, and I will most definitely be back soon. Thanks Pat for a fantastic Home Depot experience!

The service at this store is over the top. Charlie helped me find exactly what I needed for my project and even thought ahead about how I could save money in the long run. Because of Charlie and the outstanding service at the Ellisville Home Depot I will shop exclusively at Home Depot for all of my home improvement needs.
