This Home Depot has the best employees!! They are always very knowledgeable, polite, professional and always willing to help their customers!! So many other building supply stores have employees that are hard to find for help and don't know about the products in their store once you do find someone to help you. This store is always clean and well stocked. The employees here always go over and beyond in helping their customers. I would highly recommend going to the Ellisville Home Depot!!

Well stocked, clean, and friendly staff

When doing a project at home we may not know exactly what to buy. Bob in electrical was very helpful and made sure we knew what we were buying and how to use it. He even went over our list with us to ensure we had what we needed. When he found something we missed, he made suggestions and helped us understand why it was important. He really took the time to help and we needed that.

This store is the best Home Depot around. They have some long time staffers and they really go out of there way to help you. I highly recommend them. Charlie in electrical and Luanne in kitchen are amazing.. including many more people that work there

Deborah Haggin is always so very friendly and helpful at the self-checkout machine! She is a pleasure! Also, the elderly gentleman that is a United States Veteran that is a greeter as customers walk into the main entrance of the store is just a warm, fabulous, friendly man! I ALWAYS thank him for his brave service to our country..

Terrible carpet shopping experience. The sign in the store said carpeting installed in 5 days. The employee called to verify carpet we selected was in stock and assured us it was. Someone came out to measure, immediately sent us an invoice which we immediately paid. Then their installer called to say it would be 2 weeks before the carpet was delivered to them. When I called the store manager he was rude. He told me it isn't 5 days, it's 7 days. I said fine. He said 7 days from when you pay the invoice. I said fine. He said 7 days from the day after you pay. I started to get annoyed. He added, 7 business days so it's really 9 days. He suggested I wait 10 days, and if the carpet wasn't installed they would compensate me. I said, but I have guests coming to stay in the room in 7 days how does that help? He said I was free to shop elsewhere.

SO WISH WISH I COULD REMEMBER THE ASSOCIATE WHO HELPED US FIND THE RIGID INSPECTION CAMERA. THOUGHT HIS NAME MIGHT BE SCOTT BUT NOT SURE NOW. HE WAS A MIDDLE AGED MAN WEARING JEAN OVERALLS. HE WAS AWESOME! DEBORAH HAGGIN WAS VERY FRIENDLY TOO WHEN WE CHECKED OUT. SHE ENCOURAGED US TO GET A HOME DEPO CREDIT CARD SAVING US $75 ON THE RIGID INSPECTION CAMERA. THAT WAS A HUGE BONUS FOR US. GOOD JOB TO BOTH!

Everyone is very helpful here. They normally have everything I need for home projects, gardening, and repairs.

Everyone here is very helpful. I used the online shopping tool to text me a product location in the store before going and it was quick and easy. We've had help in doors and bathroom fixtures and they are very efficient, really know what they are doing.

The Ellisville location is the Home Depot we visit the most since we do not have any other location close to Eureka, MO. So appreciative of the nice and friendly employees who work there. Thank you!!

I am greatly disappointed that the upgrade to the Point of Sale system removed touchless payments. They are more secure than chip-and-sig, and less prone to fraud. The cashier verified with management and was embarrassed on behalf of the store. #SamsungPay

The associates are rude and undertrained/unknowledgeable. Will be going to menards instead, at least they try to be nice and try to help. Store was very cluttered and parking is not existent.

The employee regulating the entry of occupants made me walk around the blocked entry way when no one was waiting to enter rather than permitting me to pass the barricade closer to the entrance, very annoying. However, the person, Debbie, checking the receipts at the lawn and garden exit was friendly to everyone and very upbeat, as was the cashier. Therefore, I give the store a 4 star review... attitude does make a difference especially in the current strained social climate.
