The store is neat and clean and goods are well organized. Many personnel who have worked int he trades and can give good advice about the various products. The return policy if needed, is easy and no hassle. The merchandise is plentiful and there are many seasonal deals.

Avery was really nice, she is very happy to see me and rob, my dad said if we get the 5,000 dollar gift card he would give it to me!

I have experience with two stellar employees at this store. Dennis went above and beyond in assisting me with a botched refrigerator order in December. (It was too large for my mother's kitchen, and the people who delivered it did not help with options.) Linda made it possible for me to select a sink at a price comparable to one I ordered online -- after the manufacturer shipped the wrong one. Service and great staff are so important in these days of online sales.

We love our local Home Depot. Very knowledgeable. Located hard to find item without me searching and wasting my time. Representative took me instead of sending me to search for item.

The store is always neat and clean and orderly. The sale associates are always very helpful. I asked for help looking for something in the garden center and the associate walked with me through the store until we found what I needed. He never acted rushed or bothered, genuinely wanted to help. The associate was helpful while I was checking out in the self check out line, since my cart was so full she helped me to move heavy items around, which I appreciated!!

The cashier Gavin is always there when I’m there and he seems hard working. I see him there more than anybody else which tells me that he takes his job very serious

The Ellisville Home Depot is staffed with pleasant and knowledgeable employees that are insightful and are great in recognizing when they need to get another employee involved. There is a "can-do" attitude in the store that keeps us returning. Love it when they know who we are and say hello as we walk throughout the store. Their follow-up on custom orders is outstanding. Store is always orderly and clean. They worked hard to comply with standards during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, no one seemed to mind waiting in line, an employee was always positive, keeping those waiting in line positive. Seldom go to another Home Depot.

Charlie, in Electrical, is the reason I will shop at the Ellisville Home Depot location. I live in South City and am very close to both a Home Depot and a Lowe’s. However, the courteous and genuine interest Charlie had in my understanding of the product and satisfaction is the reason I will make the drive to the Ellisville location. Being treated with respect is paramount in making the decision where I shop.

Gavin the cashier was very helpful the last time I was in the store and helped load some items into my car and I appreciate it.

I am very pleased with the service, the people and the shopping experience at The Home Depot in Ellisville. I find that this particular location is superior to other stores including some of the other Home Depots in our area. This store is about the same distance as many of the competitors, yet I will drive the extra couple of minutes as this store is always outperforming the rest in every regard.

The cashier Gavin seems like he is a very hard worker and is always there when I’m there ready to work.

A great store with great employees and a great selection

I went into this store on 1/14/21 to purchase a Dewalt Bluetooth Radio for my husband. I was politely greeted by the staff as I entered the store, I went to the power tools section and was almost immediately greeted by a staff member. He was new there, said he had been there about 5 days, he offered to help me find the radio as another staff member came over. They found the radio for me and joked with me the entire time. They were both very helpful and polite. The cashier Cathy was also very polite and nice. She explained the survey to me and thanked me. Told me to have a nice day. Aside from the fact that the store was very clean, things were easy to find and the staff that I interacted with was extremely helpful and polite.

Everyone is always really nice. The garden shop is typically stocked well and has what I need.
