I just tried to return one item and you think Mike the cashier was bothered to do his job. I'm sorry Interupted his phone browsing while he was working the register. I don't know how many please and thank yous it would take to make this guy be less of a curmudgeon but it's not my fault he's working a cash register at his age.

Lauren was very polite and helpful at the garden center at Ellisville, Home Depot. She helped us find items which we purchased plus suggested we come back or check often for patio pavers which were out of stock. In Spring, outdoor items are popular, they’ll sell out. Lauren encouraged us to come back since stock is fulfilled frequently. Her smile and enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air.

The store was conveniently located with a large parking lot. Item we needed had a huge selection. Experienced salespersons advised us and gave us many choices.

On line order for store pickup arrived short. Tile was reordered and late to arrive. Store manager allowed me to pickup out of store stock to complete my project. Delivery of the online was used to replenish store inventory

I love the Ryobi battery operated garden tools (Lawnmower and just purchased battery operated a weed cutter and a leaf blower.

Jared made our experience a breeze. He helped us pick out everything that we needed and even helped us load everything up. It’s so nice to have someone help that is so friendly.

The Home Depot in Ellisville is a "fun" place to shop. The people that work there are very friendly, helpful and professional.

This Home Depot is staffed by a team of extremely helpful people who seem to just be built to help you every step of the way with any project you have. How they find all these people I don't know, but it is remarkable.

Purchased a refrigerator in store which was to be delivered a week later. When they showed up the refrigerator was damaged with all kinds of dents. The delivery folks tried to get us to keep it saying it wasn’t that bad. They re-scheduled delivery on a non damaged refrigerator a week later. The day before it was to be delivered we received a message it wouldn’t be delivered on the date promised and they didn’t know when it would arrive. The next day a delivery person shows up with a washing machine which was not ours. Still no idea if or when I will receive my refrigerator.

Magnificent and the ZENITH of customer support!

I went to Home Depot to get spray paint and refill a bbq propane tank up. I walked in Guy at service desk said hi, need any help finding what I need? I said looking for spray Paint, he directed me right to it. I chose color I needed amongst many and headed for check out. I got to check out and a womans smiling face greeted me, rung up my order and then proceeded to tell me how I could save 25 dollars on a 50 dollar sale just by opening a Home Depot Account. WOW! only took 2 minutes and then she called for some guy to help me with getting propane tank. He was friendly quick and told me to have a great day. How can you ask for better? Home Depot Rocks! Just saying!

Always a nice experience at this store. The cashier at self checkout, Lauren, offered to check out our items and was very friendly in doing so. She was very kind to my boy who was with me too. I appreciate it when a cashier in the self checkout area makes an effort to be friendly and welcoming.

Every time I need to purchase something for home repair or improvement this store has what I need. They have a store full of kind, polite and knowledgeable employees that are always very helpful. Whenever I have had a problem or issue with an order or product the folks at this Home Depot always go above and beyond to rectify the problem. Highly Recommend this store.

My husband and I went in to get a new trap for our bathroom sink. We aren't the most proficient in plumbing, but how can this be so hard? We. We're. Clueless. So many sizes and types to choose from, luckily we knew to bring in the old one. Bob, caught our attention and help us find exactly what we needed! He even gave us some advice. If you need help with plumbing, ask Bob! Our cashier Kate was so sweet too!!

We purchased a display grill that didn't work properly. We contacted the store and a manager quickly resolved the issue. Very impressed with their customer service.

I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT. DRYER VENT REPLACEMENT, 2 CO-DOXIDE ALARMS,BATTERIES,AND FURNITURE RESTORE EARTH FRIENDLY NO FUMES. THE EMPLOYEES I ENCOUNTERED WERE ALL AMAZING. YES I HAVE A STORE I LIKE TO GO TO AND KNOW I WILL GET A SOLUTION TO ANY PROJECT I AM TRYING TO FIX. THANK YOU EMPLOYEES ,JACK ,ERNIE, PAINT SECTION YOUNG LADY DARK HAIR . I just bought chain saw to take care of the pile of woods to use for the winter time.

I just moved to the area and this is the closest store to my new home. I never feel that I am inconveniencing the staff here. They are always friendly and helpful. I have a small baby and am doing multiple projects on my house and the employees always provide me with invaluable information, and have also repeatedly helped me get all my stuff out the door with young baby in tow. Pat, the manager, has gone out of his way to help me out. We have gotten helpful information about washer/dryers, among other things. Despite being a chain store, the employees here often make it feel like a neighborhood spot.

I got great help and in an efficient manner on the materials I needed. They even lifted what I couldn't and showed me a way to get some savings on what I needed.
