The self checkout staff at this location is awesome and provides superior customer service. Antonious in lumber is a joy to work with and a welcomed addition to the management staff in this dept.

I like this store shop here a lot but had a problem with a cashier and her customer service at the service desk last night but for must part everything was ok

This has been my goto location for 2 years. It is a few minutes from where I reside and customer service is great. Ms. Kimberly is my goto person that I can highlight on this occasion.

The store is conveniently located about 10 minutes from my home. It is always clean, the associates are friendly and very helpful. My husband and I love every department. Thrilled to have in our community.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Inexperienced employees, specially in customer service desk. Non responsive and lack of coordination.

Some of the customer service representative are friendly but some are very rude. I am not sure if they changed employee but they need to be retrained

The sales representative was very friendly. The Flooring Department took very good care of my needs. They returned phone calls and keep me abreast of the order placed.

Follow up review. I have shopped at this Home Depot many times since I last left an unfavorable review. The Manager Mr Washington has completely turned this store around for the better! Employees are engaging, happy to help, and actively make themselves available. On my most recent visit Kathy and Janaye were great, as well as, all other associates. What a remarkable turnaround! I feel valued and welcomed shopping here. Great Job!

I would like this time to comment on a cashier by the name of Dianne. She is always during my visits to the store,very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. She always give service with a smile. She brightens your day even when you had a bad experience at The Home Depot store. One of her trademarks is, she always ask did you find everything you were looking for today, and if you didn't, she could call someone to assist you. Now that's what caring is all about. She is a ray of sunshine during a storm. You need more people like her. She is a jewel.

I love working in the yard, so I'm constantly buying something for the yard. I only shop at home depot for things I need because they seem to have anything that someone would need for home improvement inside and out, and their prices are competitive if not the best.

I go to this store even though there is one a little closer to me.

The store is average, some employees are above average, two employees come to mind when I think of above average employees. One lady I mentioned earlier in the survey. By the way her name again is Kimberly. The other employee is Tameisha, these two ladies are always willing and able to assist you no matter what you may need. They are always professional and they possess a caring attitude." You don't find that to often", These two ladies are truly and asset to the Home Depot store and the corporation. They are to be commended for the work and assistance they give to the customers of the Ellenwood Home Depot. Thanks for having these two ladies working in your store. They really are Game Changers.
